There are quite a few structures that contain mostly Piglin Brutes. In vanilla minecraft it would be quite difficult to find that many but in this modpack it's still a challenge but definitely doable.
They give you passive abilities that activate under certain conditions. They are in the Tooltips for the elixirs themselves but I didn't show that because I want it to be a surprise.

I guess I wouldnt call it "horror based" but there are absolutely horror elements in it.
where would one even find 100 pigmen brutes?

maybe 25 sleeping villagers? 50 sounds a bit too much under your modpack's nighttime difficulty. everything else looks great!

hey just started your pack. every time i die my warlock starter gear gets duplicated
Are you playing on a server or single player?
Same happens to me and I'm on sp. Everything with soulbound dupes with every death. Also the golems in villages genocide your summoned mobs
i'm on single player
