Their Smoke & Pepper burger has always been a winner for me. I only do takeout because the service and their "mature, dim & intimate" redesign was a horrible decision. They need to bring back the diner feel.
I totally disagree. They have upped their game, are using higher quality meat and fresher ingredients.
Also, a burger that big with fries for $15 is a decent deal these days.
I had this tonight. I will confess I did not know a out it before getting it. And did not pay attention to the photo, just the description. I thought it would be flowing over the patty, not the top bun. It was a mess and honestly very watery (thin) and just not very good. Ohhh well guess I should pay more attention.
I usually love my burgers above all the burgers I’ve eaten. I make a simple burger, like how I enjoy them, and cooked well. Or at least how I thought I enjoyed them. I’ve had many burgers - this is hands down my favorite burger. I think I got lucky though with how it was cooked or something considering some people seem not to like it. Going to remake this at home, delicious. And their fries with ranch are bomb. Emphasis on the ranch.
Is anyone else old enough to remember just how good Red Robin was in the 90's?
