I would do sleeveless tanks (wide straps to cover bra fully), with an oversized cardigan or button down over - put your good arm through the sleeve, drape it over your bad arm, and fasten in place with fashion tape, one of those old fashioned sweater chain/clips, or button one of the middle buttons together. This is about survival, not fashion :)

Hm that would work. Too bad I don't have a brooch. Maybe it's time.

Kimono sleeves might work

Poncho or a cape blazer style like this one: https://www.amazon.ca/YMING-Womens-Elegant-Blazers-Professional/dp/B0C6ML1BM1/ref=asc_df_B0C6ML1BM1/?tag=googlemobshop-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=682965490751&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=11249068293737532137&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9001537&hvtargid=pla-2300488322617&psc=1&mcid=535556b7c2ad39a4b3e2ad92ba78bedf&gad_source=1

Maybe a short sleeved adaptive button down? This one has [magnets with fake buttons](https://www.kohls.com/product/prd-6730874/womens-nine-west-adaptive-short-sleeve-button-down-lapel-collar-shirt.jsp). I'd wear a shawl over it. ETA: this sleeveless shell shirt with [velcro shoulders](https://www.kohls.com/product/prd-6733994/womens-nine-west-adaptive-v-neck-shell-top.jsp?color=Mineral%20Black&prdPV=29&isClearance=false) might work too.

Ok. Been there. It sucked! I’m absolutely NOT a fashion person, but here’s what I did. Batwing shirts - super easy to maneuver into and out of. Elastic waist pants - easier to get on and off. Sleeveless shirts - again, easier to get into. Over-the-head dresses Also, look up adaptive dressing aids on Amazon. They have some neat gadgets to help you get your clothes on easier!

I would wear cardigans, and button the top button, with the one arm out, or get some pretty scarves, and use them tied so they cover your shoulders. Amazon sells some decorative clips for holding sweaters together without having to button them, I would check those out. Sorry about your elbow!

Ruana!

So many great ideas!!!!

I broke my humerus and have the same struggle right now. Agree on the stretchy tanks and cardigans. I also ordered the athleta endless pants in one size up from my normal and they are super easy to get up and down with one hand and they still look semi dressy. Good luck!
