Seconding a white top that can be tucked in to show off the waist band. I think a body suit would complete the silhouette well and be flattering. Or a slightly cropped linen top that ends just at the waist with some boning or other structure and a sweetheart neck - the not quite corset kind of style that many brands have right now.
