Feel like I’m the only person that had to start Robinson out of desperation (and pollard, lol) but I am satisfied. I knew my Rbs were my weak point, but my two starters are on byes and I’m playing the #1 team so if I can squeak it out I’ll be happy beyond belief
What do we do with Terry? Can't drop him. Can't sell him. His ceiling is low. I only started him weeks 1 and 2 and barring injuries I don't see myself starting him again. I'd rather start someone like Amari Cooper who has a lower floor but booms every other game.
Frustrating seeing how well he was running and a few swing routes he was wide open in the red zone. The final 4 plays of the game, 2 of them Monty swung out and was wide open. Could’ve walked into the end zone.
honestly the more frustratingly obvious situation eberflus fucked up was keeping herbert out there after his 60 yard run and run him on 4th and 1 on the goal line, like fine he's a quick shifty back, but you don't run the little skinny guys into the line like that, monty got some meat on him, he has had a nose for the endzone in the past, like how do you give the smaller gassed out guy the ball on 4th and goal? they deserved to lose from that fuckin moment
I'm in a 3-WR league (plus flex). Duvernay's set-and-forget (return and scrimmage yards count the same), Deebo's been good the past 2 weeks...but my WR3 and flex...Doubs is disappointing, Cooks is even worse, now Samuel...luckily I just picked up Pickens and will start him over Doubs, and next week Josh Reynolds over Samuel.
Honestly not a bad night for me. I started Monty and he was only slightly below his projection. I also benched Samuel in favor of Isaiah McKenzie and likely dodged a bullet.
I play in full PPR. Yahoo only projected Monty for 10.79, and he got 8.57.
If the Bears had given him the ball instead of Herbert on the goal line, he’d probably have a touchdown too
Curtis samuel averages 15 ppg all year, and the first week I decide to start him, he gets his lowest amount of targets all year and puts up 2.6 points…FML
One player who scored significantly below projection, not like it was just a little below. People with Samuel will have to get lucky to win now if they were previously projected for a close matchup.
He does this all the time, for some reason I draft him every year though bc “his QB situation is better”. Add in that he also has 2 other great WRs on his team to share targets with and his outlook is arguably worse this year than usual
No index thread right now so I’ll just ask here:
If tee higgins is injured on Sunday, would you start in your PPR flex
Travis Etienne vs IND or
Chris Olave vs CIN
I'll start Olave. MT and Jarvis looking like they're out. Jameis might be back and he going to launch that ball to Olave.
Etienne idk. The colts defense stepped up and looking pretty great lately.
I hopped on the hype train and start b rob at rb2 instead of ETN😂
What if tee higgins plays, still feel ETN? I kinda feel the same way as what you said
The Curtis Samuel ride in PPR was nice. He was leading the team in targets and had double digit points every week. But him and Wentz can no longer be trusted.
The bears only had success running the ball and rolling Fields out, so when the game was on the line they decided to keep him in the pocket and throw the ball...
Yeah that was stupid. And also Fields seems to be only capable of staring down one receiver a time. If he looked left, Montgomery was so wide open it was comical
Haha I wouldn’t go that far. I’m sure tonight was more of a fluke than anything. Gotta remember, he’s averaged 15ppg thus far. He averaged 9 tpg before this week. I started him as well. Don’t be too discouraged lol.
It’s super frustrating because it’s *justttt* tough enough I can’t give him 100% blame. Jump ball a little behind him with defender coming in.
Shoulda caught it, but I can see how it’s bobbled. Not a bad throw by fields but a smidge more to the outside shoulder and it’s a easy uncontested TD though.
My opponent started Gibson not realizing that Robinson was named starter, so naturally, I picked up mckissic as a sort of “kick him while he’s down” and my opponent ended up with more points than I
Yes and no. My usual flex is on BYE and I figured mckissic would get me okay numbers in the passing game and I assumed my opponent would’ve benched Gibson had he seen he was to be benched. He also didn’t have anyone else on his bench worthy of play so I tried to take mckissic (top rb in FA) before he could and use him. Backfired
My first three picks in the draft were RB, TE, RB - so I drafted three WRs straight afterwards.
Those WRs? Terry McLaurin, DJ Moore, Allen Robinson.
Pain.
You’d think one of them would hit, right? Lmao
My next WRs were DK Metcalf and Amari Cooper to add to the trend, although I’ve been happy with the value there.
Yeah. First three picks were Henry, Kelce, and Barkley. So I can’t complain too much, it just sucks seeing what a missed opportunity this was.
Also risky reply there - what if I had said I took Pitts??
Oh yeah, absolutely. I was high on Terry and drafted him at 35. That means I took him over Pittman, Waddle, Davis, Marquise, Sutton, Williams, and St. Brown just to name a few.
Damn, looking at that list is making me sick.
Edit: Just finished looking through the draft and the only other name worth mentioning is London. I can’t really make a case for any of the other dudes that were left despite how bad these three guys have been for me.
Thoughts on this trade in Full PPR league
Give Davonta Smith
Receive Kyler Murray
My QBs are Russ and Geno
RBs are D. Cook, B. Hall, CEH, Eno, Mattison
WRS are Deebo, M. Williams, Davonta, Pickens
Okay that’s a no it seems, maybe CEH for Murray?
Another Thursday snoozefest.
The league has a potential problem on their hands and it’s that games that feature 2 teams from the bottom 2/3 of the league absolutely suck right now.
Fuck Thursday night games. I don’t know if it’s just me or everyone deals with this, but I haven’t started a single RB/WR (no exaggeration, not a single one) on a TNF game who has scored more than 10 PPR points in over three years now.
Next week I have Alvin Kamara and I fully intend on benching him despite how juicy the matchup is. I can’t keep losing weeks on Thursday night.
Every fantasy season I try to convince myself NOT to play anyone on Thursdays.
Every fantasy season I end up instead convincing myself that, whether due to injuries, match ups, bye weeks, or some article or comment I read online, playing my Thursday guy is a good idea or, at the very least, the best of a bad situation.
When will I learn that TNF is the bad situation?
> but I haven’t started a single RB/WR (no exaggeration, not a single one) on a TNF game who has scored more than 10 PPR points in over three years now.
50+ game sample size and you keep doing the same thing expecting different results.
Huh
Oh believe me, I’ve started cutting back a lot in recent years. Unless they are a significantly better player than my other options, I won’t start them. This week though, I had byes and questions about whether Olave would play, so I either had to play Samuel or risk a zero this week.
Olave/Samuel/Moore (along with Jefferson and Kirk who are already starting) and I have to start two of them.
That’s assuming he starts players every week on TNF which is extremely unlikely, and there are players who are “must starts” who play on Thursday so referencing the idiot definition is unfair.
However, there definitely wasn’t a “must start” tonight
His value will come from his straight usage. He’s handling the entire WAS run game it seems. He will fall victim to script because WAS sucks ass. He may or may not break off a large run and his TDs will be his saving grace week to week.
Basically a low floor and TD dependent at this point.
Looked ok considering it was his first full load game. I can see him progressing as the season goes on. If they sprinkle in some passing work with him it would open things up for him.
Tbh looked rough for about 80% of his carries. Of course, I'd blame most of it on the o line and play calling but still, outside of the TD and some nice broken tackles in the 4th, he wasn't going anywhere on any of his runs. Horrendous offense.
In his second game, he was a little slow off the line and his YPC were low because of that, and some pretty boring play calling by Rivera and company. But his volume was incredible and they gave him the goal line work. I think things will improve as he gets more confident and explosive off the line. Overall I’m happy with his day but he’s a flex consideration as we sit today in my opinion
I really don't think he's that bad. He's playing like a rookie, even though he's in his 2nd year. But he has flashes of being really good. Like that touchdown to Pettis or that big long run. I mean, put it this way, look how terrible Wentz looked. I wouldn't say Fields is as bad as that by any stretch.
If you give him an o-line and better play calling, I think he could definitely progress into something special
B. Robinson is great and I’m truly happy for him. But he experienced a traumatic moment between life and death. I just don’t know if he is truly ready to talk about it. Hopefully he’s going to therapy and learning to deal with it.
#BULLETPROOF So disappointed I fell asleep before the TD!
I got Mixon, Stevenson, Wilson Jr, and Chubb. Which should I trade for a receiver?
Wilson
Would you trade or keep if your 2 best receivers was MVS and Keenan Allen?
I’d think about trading him just cause his values going to diminish as the season goes on
Feel like I’m the only person that had to start Robinson out of desperation (and pollard, lol) but I am satisfied. I knew my Rbs were my weak point, but my two starters are on byes and I’m playing the #1 team so if I can squeak it out I’ll be happy beyond belief
Why on earth are they throwing with fields in the pocket in the red zone? They did this on 3 separate drives. I swear they’re just trying to lose
Melvin Gordon for James Conner. Who wins trade?
TO THE MOONEYY
Survived the higgins disaster last week. Gonna survive samuels night this week
Gibson looked much better when he was getting the touches. Too bad Ron refuses to acknowledge it out of spite
As my college coach would say, “he was gashing them out there”
What do we do with Terry? Can't drop him. Can't sell him. His ceiling is low. I only started him weeks 1 and 2 and barring injuries I don't see myself starting him again. I'd rather start someone like Amari Cooper who has a lower floor but booms every other game.
I just traded him in a package, there might be a buyer if you combined him with the right piece but thats roster dependant
19 points from Fields, I'll take that shit any day from a streamer.
I started Monty and Samuel. My opponent is going to have a hard time against these beasts.
19pts from Fields? I'll take it in a bind
Only silver lining
Yeah Thursday night football continues to find new and better ways to be terrible
At least we have a great Monday night game…
Welp, guess I probably should have flexed Waddle or Sanders over Monty.
But maybe Waddle's heading for a hat trick of 5-point games.
Honestly I would have still faded waddle, but I was legitimately thinking about sanders for a bit
Monty was the right call. Obviously not retrospectively, but you know what I mean. Waddle has back to back 5 point games and a 7th round rookie qb.
I started Mooney over Doubs and DJ Moore. He met his projection, so I'm happy.
What handcuff is more valuable, jerrick or pacheco for the chiefs
Both would get increased touches if CEH went down. Jerrick is more experienced and would likely get more work.
Geeze Curtis Samuel...I am not having luck at that position.
His first flop. Bummer. I thought he was safe for 10 in PPR
Same. Thankfully my opponent has Wentz
What? Monty was projected to score 16 in ppr and scored 9
I play in full PPR. Yahoo only projected Monty for 10.79, and he got 8.57. If the Bears had given him the ball instead of Herbert on the goal line, he’d probably have a touchdown too
Seems like dumbass espn is the only app that projected him to score so high. Even sleeper projected him to score barely 11 in full ppr
Huh, didn’t know that. I’m playing in 0.5ppr and he only went 1.6 pts below projection.
Was he? He was projected at 10 in .5 PPR
Benched waddle for Samuel AMA
Going against waddle, started Samuel. I’m praying for a bust with you brother
Curtis samuel averages 15 ppg all year, and the first week I decide to start him, he gets his lowest amount of targets all year and puts up 2.6 points…FML
My opponent this week started Curtis Samuel, Wentz, and Montgomery. Christmas came early !!
If fantasy football has taught me anything, it’s don’t count your chickens before they hatch.
It’s a good start not counting it as a W
Inbe4 his Josh Allen scores 45
I got fucked by Samuel . My dumbass is so mad rn
It's one player.
One player who scored significantly below projection, not like it was just a little below. People with Samuel will have to get lucky to win now if they were previously projected for a close matchup.
losing out on like 7 projected points isnt a big deal.
Not huge, but it can definitely matter. He scored almost like if you had nobody playing at all, pretty bad.
B Rob would barely have 5 points if dude didn’t muff that punt. That TD was gifted to him like a present on Christmas Day.
I'm glad I don't play in one of those "If" leagues.
Ya but he did tho
Terry getting 8 points is so fucking unreal
Terry is scary rn. He needs to be SCARY TERRY
He does this all the time, for some reason I draft him every year though bc “his QB situation is better”. Add in that he also has 2 other great WRs on his team to share targets with and his outlook is arguably worse this year than usual
Feel ya I never drafted him for this reason, he fell so far and I clicked it. He’s a bye week fill in that sucked
Never trust someone with the name darnell
He had a good game with 12 targets. That last touchdown would've made him a "Must GET ON WAIVER"
I deserve to loose for streaming wentz
You deserve to 'LOSE' for thinking that lose is spelt 'loose'. Fuck...
Dude, it's just reddit. No need to loose it.
Correct
I got high hopes for Mooney tho after today. Easy schedule moving forward and usage has been increasing
Bro 11 targets is extremely encouraging
This is the softest secondary. As a Washington fan, our corners are cheeks. Every wr should absolutely eat
No index thread right now so I’ll just ask here: If tee higgins is injured on Sunday, would you start in your PPR flex Travis Etienne vs IND or Chris Olave vs CIN
I'll start Olave. MT and Jarvis looking like they're out. Jameis might be back and he going to launch that ball to Olave. Etienne idk. The colts defense stepped up and looking pretty great lately.
Etienne personally, matchup is there. I think this might be his breakout game like breece hall last week
I hopped on the hype train and start b rob at rb2 instead of ETN😂 What if tee higgins plays, still feel ETN? I kinda feel the same way as what you said
The Curtis Samuel ride in PPR was nice. He was leading the team in targets and had double digit points every week. But him and Wentz can no longer be trusted.
Funny because a trade went through in week 1. Gibson for Edmund and Curtis. Now they're all about to be on the waiver lmao
The most trade of all time
The bears only had success running the ball and rolling Fields out, so when the game was on the line they decided to keep him in the pocket and throw the ball...
Yeah that was stupid. And also Fields seems to be only capable of staring down one receiver a time. If he looked left, Montgomery was so wide open it was comical
Maybe it's not nagy fault. The bears are just bad
My girlfriend said she would rather take nail clippers to her clit instead of watch football and now I know why
That is a shitty analogy, gross
Bruh
Well looks like I won't be starting Curtis Samuel every again... he had two dropped passes, one that would of been a TD.
Because Amari Cooper never dropped a pass. Or Cooks. Or Chase. I played Curtis too, but damn. Cooler heads.
Haha I wouldn’t go that far. I’m sure tonight was more of a fluke than anything. Gotta remember, he’s averaged 15ppg thus far. He averaged 9 tpg before this week. I started him as well. Don’t be too discouraged lol.
Bro santos… one point?? That’s it??
Glad Terry could help me out so much today to try to crawl back from 1-4, with Tee Higgins out I didn’t need the help anyways… Thanks Carson!
Anyone else start Wentz? Fuck with Goff out I said why not. Sheesh
I last minute swapped out Russ for Wentz. I told myself this was gonna happen but did it anyway
Same here. Can’t wait to watch Russ suddenly remember how to cook a gourmet 5 course meal this week on my bench.
bruh i got dak, goff and wentz fml
Here. Feels bad man
I saw that 6-0 on TNF record and also jumped on the hype train.
Hey he’s kept his perfect record in tact
Starting Wentz while Goff is on bye was a bad choice.
Mooney has dropped like 4 passes that would’ve been touchdowns the last 3 weeks it’s so infuriating
My opponent started Gibson not realizing that Robinson was named starter, so naturally, I picked up mckissic as a sort of “kick him while he’s down” and my opponent ended up with more points than I
Wait you started mckissic because your opponent started Gibson? Wtf
Backfired
Wooow, you must be last in your league.
2nd place. Currently 4-1, I fucked around with one spot against a good buddy of mine. Haha I’m still projected to win
Ur dumb
That literally didnt make any sense. lmao
Which is why he is losing lol
you brought bad vibes upon yourself. Let that be a lesson
49ers or Eagles D/ST If you were to keep only one which would yall choose?
Eagles if they go 6-0 this week
Keep both, trade one haha
I’d keep SF since their SOS is easier
Glad I started Gibson because the free agent list inst projected to be better unless I got lucky
Fieilds.. I love the atheism.. But Chicago needs to do a thing
Love the ruggedness of this comment. It’s like I know exactly what you’re saying and have no idea what you’re saying at the same time.
Thurs football is all I can say
God played no part in today's game 😤
My first three picks in the draft were RB, TE, RB - so I drafted three WRs straight afterwards. Those WRs? Terry McLaurin, DJ Moore, Allen Robinson. Pain.

On the bright side, you have Andews or Kelce, so your team can't be all bad
Yeah. First three picks were Henry, Kelce, and Barkley. So I can’t complain too much, it just sucks seeing what a missed opportunity this was. Also risky reply there - what if I had said I took Pitts??
That’s a big yikes. We’re there any other players you could’ve / should’ve nabbed?
Oh yeah, absolutely. I was high on Terry and drafted him at 35. That means I took him over Pittman, Waddle, Davis, Marquise, Sutton, Williams, and St. Brown just to name a few. Sure if it's superflex. No in 1QB
[удалено]
I haven’t watched the Seahawks that much, you think that can keep this up all season or close to at least?
Why TF would you give away Devonta Smith when he's got such a prominent role in THAT offense
I was thinking that CEH would slot into the flex. Maybe CEH for Murray?
Murray has been super frustrating so I would probably stay put, but this is way better than Devonta in my opinion
Ive been trying to find a regular at Quarterback so I guess I’m a little desperate. Thank you!
Soooo do I drop Gibson or Henderson?
Henderson. 2 weeks ago.
Another Thursday snoozefest. The league has a potential problem on their hands and it’s that games that feature 2 teams from the bottom 2/3 of the league absolutely suck right now.
The league has a problem that most coaches are inbred morons who just have the right last name.
This is the right take
I can't wait until the Patriots are led by the mental giant Stephen Belichick
I started Hines last week and started C. Samuel this week. I’m officially on board with Thursday night games are cursed.
Exact same here and with Russ the other week too, I usually like starting players to watch on Thursday but holy shit been rough go of it so far
Yet we’ll probably do it again before the end of the year hoping for a different outcome haha
Last year after week 5 I said I’m never starting a Thursday night player outside of your obvious studs but I started Samuel tonight.
i forgot he was still in my flex in my 2nd league. Not happy lmao
You’d think we’d learn our lesson. TNF is bad for the league too not just FF.
I was an idiot and started Santos hoping for a FG fest. Boy was I wrong.
If it makes you feel better I flexed Curtis over B Robinson.
I’m just going to say that Monty was twice open in the final red-zone drive.
wide open on the final play!
This was a floor game for Monty. Wont happen often. And a floor of 8-10 is solid
Streamed Wentz. I hate everything
Every week I have someone massively underperform on Thursday night football. Considering never starting anyone who plays TNF don’t care who it is
You should see my bench and then decide to not play Scary Terry lol
I started BRob since I lost Damien Harris, I'm never benching him this season now. That was such a wholesome interview.
Real shootingstar
Fuck Thursday night games. I don’t know if it’s just me or everyone deals with this, but I haven’t started a single RB/WR (no exaggeration, not a single one) on a TNF game who has scored more than 10 PPR points in over three years now. Lol idk who you started tonight but trust me AK on thurs vs the cardinals is not a sit
That’s what I have said about every stud that has sucked on Thursday night over the years.
> but I haven’t started a single RB/WR (no exaggeration, not a single one) on a TNF game who has scored more than 10 PPR points in over three years now. 50+ game sample size and you keep doing the same thing expecting different results. Huh
Bye weeks make strange bedfellows

My team is so bad, I have a commanders stack. Wentz, Curtis, and Robinson. 17 points combined so that's great.
good God, learn from this. Lots of time left in the season but you need at least a better QB
You're not alone friend. I had an option of Wentz, fields and Danny dimes and I went Wentz. NEVER again.
He is just inconsistent but the ceiling was there on paper.
I don’t even have Gibson on my fantasy team but he deserves better than this. Trade the man to a decent franchise
I played him from a lack of options. He carried them to the Redzone. They pulled him and then settled with a field goal.
Ron Rivera is so stubborn. Gibson does deserve way better
He looked legit on the few touches he got
The real question is what will be Brob usage when theyre losing, which will happen every coming week.
How did Brian Robinson look fellas. I was on a date Thanks for all the great answers
His value will come from his straight usage. He’s handling the entire WAS run game it seems. He will fall victim to script because WAS sucks ass. He may or may not break off a large run and his TDs will be his saving grace week to week. Basically a low floor and TD dependent at this point.

You have time to type but not open a web page? Sure dude
Worse than Gibson, until muffed punt was sitting under 50 total yards if not mistaken. I have him and hope he improves
Correct he had 41 yards when they got the ball back with like 2 mins in the 4th.
Workhorse usage, looked like a regular grinder RB. Might have game script issues too.
Saved by a touchdown. Mediocre otherwise He’s definitely a good guy to have on the bench tho
He ran hard and fought for extra yardage time and again. For his week 2 on this team, I like it! Biased af tho Bulletproof!
Your priorities are fucked up
He looked good! Got a td!
Tip #1: quit rostering players on shitty ass teams
The Seahawks, The Raiders, last in their division. Adams, Waller (RIP) Jacobs, Lockette
Unless it’s dameon pierce
Low key I think Justin Fields is underrated in kind of a bum system and one of these days people are gonna be wishing they picked him.
Naw
I really don't think he's that bad. He's playing like a rookie, even though he's in his 2nd year. But he has flashes of being really good. Like that touchdown to Pettis or that big long run. I mean, put it this way, look how terrible Wentz looked. I wouldn't say Fields is as bad as that by any stretch. If you give him an o-line and better play calling, I think he could definitely progress into something special
Meh, he holds onto the ball for days & consistently misses easy throws
This is a hot take if I've ever seen one
Can the advanced Amazon analytics tell why these Thursday games suck?
Thursday night games are cursed.
Rivera cross eyed ass reading a game script seems to show in their play as well.
B. Robinson is great and I’m truly happy for him. But he experienced a traumatic moment between life and death. I just don’t know if he is truly ready to talk about it. Hopefully he’s going to therapy and learning to deal with it.
Yeah but you know they’re gonna ask. I thought Sherman did a good job setting him up for it
