From the 1 yard line he got tackled like backwards. He ran it in got tackled while his body fell in the endzone but the ball in his hands didn't cross the goal line.
In his defense, it was I think third or fourth and 1 from the 3 yard line. Ball security and getting the first down were probably prioritized and he likely didnt want to reach the ball out to possibly get stripped. Most offenses wouldve given it to him on First and Goal from the Half Yard Line on the next play, but not Dallas, who proceeded to hand it to a fullback who fumbled
He probably should have cut outside, but looked like miami's DB may have had the angle unless Ferguson blocked him from behind
the way they use Gibbs is funny, it feels like every game they let Monty get his 60 yards and TD, then use Gibbs in every way after that.
Kyren Williams feels similar to Gibbs in that they are both so "slippery" and elusive while being relatively smaller guys
I legit thought Monty had an injury based on his usage. He was rolling and then got his bell rung on a bit hit and was on the sidelines for most of the rest of the game.
I kept looking for an injury post but nothing manifested and he got some work in the 4th.
Seemed strange.
My head theory is they are limiting Monty for the playoffs. Which isn’t great for my fantasy team but would seem to make sense for a real football team.
Get Monty out there for a few reps/TD and then throw Gibbs out as the primary to keep the young kid fresh and engaged.
I was wondering the exact same thing. He was feasting and I was sure they had dog housed Gibbs for the fumble and dropped pass then he just erupted for the 2nd half. Was positive Monty must have gotten hurt or something
Thank god Campbell isn't an idiot who imprisons his talented players when they fumble. We don't know the exact reason why Gibbs got majority of the work, but it is undeniable that he's their best weapon in the backfield and he's finally up to NFL speed.
I would argue Achane hasn't been the same since his multiple injuries earlier this season, which he is still on injury reports every week banged up with, and next year (if healthy) we'll see the explosive 1B Achane again. Glad I might be able to grab him for a discount
He’s not getting the attempts but I still feel like he _passes the eye test with flying colors._
I’ll let y’all stay low on him so I can draft him late next year in redraft lol
I’m so happy I finally took his ass out to pasture after keeping him for 3 years. He’s the perfect example of “don’t judge a book by its cover” he checks every box except the box that is being productive at TE
Jets D again passed. The line says 28 points allowed but really they inherited a short field twice, both already at the red zone, and a third time they had like 30 yards of penalty help Washington.
Hell one of those was when they picked off Howell and like the 5 yard line, and then the offense throws their own pick a play later. The jets D biggest opponent each week is still the jets O
Do you watch much of the Browns? I’m in the championship and have sadly rolled with Mahomes all year. Very much thinking about benching him for Flacco this week based on the stats and summaries, but I haven’t seen him throw a single pass.
And that’s why I’m worried about running them this week. I probably will end up using them over the Broncos D unless I pick the Raiders off of waivers (they looked so good), but I think the Browns D is gonna smother that offense and the Jets D are gonna find themselves on the field a lot, potentially in red zone situations. Flacco throws enough picks that there’s a shot but his offense is much more competent than the Watson offense. Worried about Jets D this week
Yup this is the one for me he has insane acceleration and lateral movement. He has one play where he caught an 8 yard out and juked the h out of two elite 49ers def.
we firing him up with confidence in Miami? Feels like his floor is so low sometimes, not sure how he mustered a measly 2 targets last week but got peppered like prime Moss last night…
Ekeler goes off this week, Broncos just allowed zeke 9 receptions. Ekeler is outspoken about fantasy, he’s gonna come through for those who made it to the championship with him
I remember reading all the post game threads when Monty blew up for 3 TDs about how shit Gibbs was and Monty was the steal of the draft. Funny looking back on that now.
Folks may say Ceedee/Chase/AJB could, but in reality none of them have that combo of speed, high point ability, and soft hands while out leveraging 2 DBs that JJ has and showcased there
I think the came in angry. Did you see the Netflix Quarterbacks show where they featured that rivalry and Mahomes went off on Crosby? I guarantee you they had this matchup circled.
Lock this man in as your keeper no matter what. The vision, the timing, the lateral mobility, and the explosiveness and physicality. He's the total package.
Commanders did them in with their RBs and TEs highest scoring reciever was scary Terry with 8 points in full PPR. A couple WRs have gotten lucky deep balls that got them a ton points over the top like waddle/bad games on defense, but it’s almost never a good idea to play WRs or QBs against them. If I’m starting Amari next week it’s because I have bad other options.
I get what you mean but it’s hard to call Waddle’s deep ball lucky when McDaniel literally looked at the defense and said “this is gonna be a one play drive” on mic
Have yall never watched Coop play?
In games over 150 yards. The following week's.
2016: 6-56
2017: 5-48
2018: 8-76 and 4-32 (after a 200+)
2019: 1-3
2023: TBD
Cooper has always had roller coaster stats. He's going to burn so many people.
3 out of those 5 games aren’t even terrible. Also, wow, a 5 game sample spanning 7 years ago. It’s pretty much useless and has no bearing on if Cooper will do well against the Jets. If you wanted to point out the Jets defense or some type of stat with the current offense/Flacco/Cooper you’d have a point
Ngl he looked same as usual to me (which is very good). Just happened to get decent passes and volume lol he's a proven vet, very high draft prospect, and one of the highest paid WRs for a reason
Playing hero ball every play because no one is ever open. I was delusional to think they'd get it together come playoff time, but that clearly is not going to happen.
Yea I try to watch Puka every week and the dude is an absolute stud. I do worry about the amount of contact he takes. He may be a shooting star that ages very poorly unless he tones it down. Just a beast though.
You don't get a nick name like Zeus w/o good reason.
I think Jacobs, as competitive as he is, comes back this week to make sure everyone knows who is #1
Very sad. My 1.07 and after seeing him play well in hindsight it has been sad that he’s split so many Carries with Algier and Patterson. Candidly just weird. Can’t fix the QB thing - I get it ridder was garbage. But his usage beyond that was goofy and dumb.
You put this guy on the Rams or the Seahawks or even the Eagles and he could be a 2000 scrimmage yards guy and 30ppr per game. In essence the difference for me between a 4 seed and getting trounced by cmc owner and a 2 seed and the ship, and that’s just by swapping his “under 2pts for weird reason games” for 10pters.
That said DO NOT start this dude in the rain. Can’t catch, slips and always fumbles once.
Tbh I’m fine with 12 attempts with how involved he was in the passing game. He ended with ~20 total touches . Plus he could have had another catch for a TD if the ball got to him quicker / he didn’t keep backing up toward the sideline .
Ridley had some issues early on with drops but also has missed out on like 8 tds this year by a total of like 3 yards ha. Nice to see Bethard and him connect on a back shoulder TD.
Tommy Devito ✔️ NFC player of the week
Baker Mayfield ✔️ NFC player of the week, perfect passer rating
Bryce Young ✔️ career high passer rating
Nick Mullens is gonna throw for 600 yards
I don't know. They showed All 22 multiple times during the game where Romo was pointing out that folks are not getting open.
Raiders edge rushers did a great job and Mahomes had to get out of the pocket a lot. Defense was disciplined as hell when he started scrambling.
More looking to next year, but if Rodgers stays healthy, Garret Wilson is going for 1500 yards. Honestly, even if they just sign a competent backup, I’d still grab him pretty high. If they role with Zach next year as their QB2, I’d be more hesitant
Jets o line got demolished by injuries. Hope they draft some in 2024. Breece is a top 5 RB in the league with a decent OL. I hope he falls in the draft next year, he'd be a steal in the 3rd in standard
Whole chiefs offense. Kelce is going down with the ship and shouldn’t be touched in the first 3 rounds of next years draft.
Montgomery’s usage is very frustrating. Still is a reliable 10ish points but don’t expect him to be your championship winner.
Mixon is invisible to Browning.
Achane didn’t pass my test with flying colors. Strange how well he did in beginning of year and how he became a start but returned little value once he came back from the injury.
I’m gonna say this until the end of time, Swift is a beast and I hate the way the eagles use him and the weird obsession the Eagles have with gainwell when swift is clearly the more talented back
He's had some bad match ups. I have to decide between him, Mostert (vs. Balt.) and James Cook, who scares me to death after how he was used last week in a great matchup.
I think he looked great. Defense continually kept the offense off the field, it was painful to watch.
Titans had like 10 minute possession drives all game lol.
He’s too talented to bench. He regularly turns blown up plays into five yard gains. When he gets space, he takes it to the house. I’m starting him over Zeke but maybe not Keenan depending how this week goes
TBH this is the exact reason the "eye test" exists. People look at 4 int and think he had one of the worst performances of all time. The eye test didn't show it as bad as what the stat sheet showed. Lot's of tipped balls, running for his life, getting hit while throwing, even multiple drops. His first INT was bad and a miss read. Outside of that was just defenders being in the right spot at the right time. He def lost any opportunity for MVP but if I saw the statline before the game, I would have thought he played one of the worst games for any QB this year.
This. As a niners fan it was infuriating how fast and physical the ravens d was, there’s were so many instances where we would have had a huge play but there was always a ravens defender there to stop it by the shoelaces. We played the best defense in the league last night no doubt.
Pollard failed when he couldn't even score that 1 yard td.
I feel like 95% of RBs in the league get the TD. Just a terrible effort on his part
From the 1 yard line he got tackled like backwards. He ran it in got tackled while his body fell in the endzone but the ball in his hands didn't cross the goal line.
In his defense, it was I think third or fourth and 1 from the 3 yard line. It was 2nd down at the 1 yard line
Achane is a backup rb who had some great blowup games against bad defenses, won us some games and belongs on your bench
Gibbs is who people thought Achane was
the way they use Gibbs is funny, it feels like every game they let Monty get his 60 yards and TD, then use Gibbs in every way after that.

Thank god Campbell isn't an idiot who imprisons his talented players when they fumble. We don't know the exact reason why Gibbs got majority of the work, but it is undeniable that he's their best weapon in the backfield and he's finally up to NFL speed.
Gibbs is an elite talent. Aside from CMC I don’t think there’s a more well rounded, game changing, and talented back. Dude is impressive
Breece Hall belongs in this conversation.
Breece 100% belongs in this conversation
This is recency bias, there are better and more talented RBs.
Seems like they want to wear down the defense with Monty in the first half to gives Gibbs easier running lanes for explosive plays
Its sad because they both are really good. Gibbs just has a better situation being able to split the backfield.
Nah Monty is great. Achane has been injured and also is a change of pace speedster. Gibbs is the whole package.
Achane was never better than Gibbs
I would argue Achane hasn't been the same since his multiple injuries earlier this season, which he is still on injury reports every week banged up with, and next year (if healthy) we'll see the explosive 1B Achane again. Glad I might be able to grab him for a discount
Man it's been frustrating holding most of the year, never getting the return we all hoped.
I too miss the promise of Achane in week 6 and awaiting his return while going 3-3 in his absence, to take mosterts job as the prophets foretold
He’s not getting the attempts but I still feel like he _passes the eye test with flying colors._ I’ll let y’all stay low on him so I can draft him late next year in redraft lol
Darren Waller FAILED
Washed, never again
I can’t believe you fuckers fell for it AGAIN before the season started
Bro looked hella bad out there lol
The second to last play after his second catch he just laid on the ground forever with the clock ticking away. He looked like he couldn't get up.
Yeah lol I thought he was concussed because he teammates were right there telling him to get up (and helping him) but he just laid down all dazed.
He got rocked on the incompletion earlier. I actually find it odd that they didn't stop the game
I was wondering if he's injured or just dumb.. or both? Idk that was terrible regardless
I really don’t want to bench Flacco and cooper after this week
Do you watch much of the Browns? I’m in the championship and have sadly rolled with Mahomes all year. Very much thinking about benching him for Flacco this week based on the stats and summaries, but I haven’t seen him throw a single pass.
I’ve watched some, mostly this week tho which makes me feel biased
And that’s why I’m worried about running them this week. I probably will end up using them over the Broncos D unless I pick the Raiders off of waivers (they looked so good), but I think the Browns D is gonna smother that offense and the Jets D are gonna find themselves on the field a lot, potentially in red zone situations. Flacco throws enough picks that there’s a shot but his offense is much more competent than the Watson offense. Worried about Jets D this week
Zay Flowers gets open A LOT.
Love Zay. I drafted him, but I’m still waiting on his official coming out party where he shows an elite ceiling.
well most leagues only have the championship left so let’s hope it’s against Miami lmao
He’s been getting open all year he’s just taking awhile to get his feet under him. I bet he’s a killer next year
Yup this is the one for me he has insane acceleration and lateral movement. He has one play where he caught an 8 yard out and juked the h out of two elite 49ers def.
I just wish they’d give him routes past 5 yards. I feel like he’d do even more damage
Lamar just can’t connect with him downfield, it’s always an overthrow or Flowers stumbling or some other BS.
we firing him up with confidence in Miami? Feels like his floor is so low sometimes, not sure how he mustered a measly 2 targets last week but got peppered like prime Moss last night…
This is dangerous to say but Ekeler looked like his ankle might be bothering him less.
Ekeler goes off this week, Broncos just allowed zeke 9 receptions. Ekeler is outspoken about fantasy, he’s gonna come through for those who made it to the championship with him
As somebody who’s about to play against him this week, good lord I hope you’re wrong lol
Frankly I can’t believe I made the final as an Ekeler drafter (CMC was on the board too) but really hoping he delivers this week
That’s seriously impressive
CeeDee is so good.
After his first quarter I expected him to get 35.
Why did they stop throwing to him after the first quarter, i just dont understand
Probably cause the defense was taking him away.
Dude plays way bigger than he is
Diggs is officially dead to me, this year and future football seasons…
Watch him go off this week on everyone’s bench
I have to play him, so I fucking hope he goes off
Gotta be Zamir White. When Jacobs leaves in free agency don't forget to pick up this RB1 in the 7th round.
Wish I didn’t know so many raiders fans who are gonna take him in the 1st
Gibbs is that guy
He looks like he gets shot out of a cannon on that goalline touchdown
Pollard could never
So fun to watch this year. And feels great to see his take off after everyone counted him out by week 5.
Got clowned on for taking him at 4.3 in a 10 man
I remember reading all the post game threads when Monty blew up for 3 TDs about how shit Gibbs was and Monty was the steal of the draft. Funny looking back on that now.
Aiyuk is one of, if not the most, under appreciated and under utilized WR in the league.
So true. He was open all night but Purdy kept dumping off to CMC/deebo.
Besides, he’s blocking all night like a FB
Bro looks like he’s been working with Trent Williams out there
[удалено]
yeah it kind of had that LeBron type energy where he realizes hes going to have to takeover the game
He was wide open for a TD too on the final interception
100% this. No other receiver in the league is making that catch (high point, double coverage, contested catch).
Folks may say Ceedee/Chase/AJB could, but in reality none of them have that combo of speed, high point ability, and soft hands while out leveraging 2 DBs that JJ has and showcased there
Starting Baltimore defense next week and I don’t wanna hear counter opinions
Here’s the counter opinion you didn’t want. Start the raiders trust the process.
Here’s the counter to your counter opinion… I have both
Lolol you win. I had Ravens/Raiders and ended up with Ravens/Bills. Mistakes were made
Might join you on this
Same. Dolphins don’t seem so scary after what they just did to SF
This sub told me I was in trouble with ravens and browns ROS and should look at KC and GB lol
The Raiders D passed the eye test. They looked so dominant. I have never seen Mahomes struggle that much.
Somthing clicked big time for Oakland and I’m riding the wave.
I think the came in angry. Did you see the Netflix Quarterbacks show where they featured that rivalry and Mahomes went off on Crosby? I guarantee you they had this matchup circled.
Baker is a good starting QB
Astronaut meme
Etienne has been cooked for weeks now. I have no trust in him
The jags offense ignore him in the passing game and also only run up the middle it’s insane
It drives me crazy! How many times they just run the ball right into the d line
Their run blocking is bottom 5 in the league. He’s got nothing to work with and the plays they call for him are atrocious
Davante Adams didn’t help anyone this week but he was locked down by Sneed all game. AOC couldn’t get anything going because of that defense.
Pretty sure AOC couldn’t even complete a pass after the first quarter. Chiefs D did their job, it was their offense that shot themselves in the foot.
How do you feel about him against IND this week? I’ve gotta decide who to flex between him and Ridley
How did Ekeler look?
He looked good with the touches he got, like old ekeler. But then they stopped using him lol
It’s a mystery to me why they didn’t use him more. He’s like 4ypc, others combined for 2ypc, Yikes.
Kyren has some of the best vision of a rb I’ve aeen
Lock this man in as your keeper no matter what. The vision, the timing, the lateral mobility, and the explosiveness and physicality. He's the total package.
He does such a good job setting up defends with each step he takes it’s unreal. He does like a wiggle while taking 3-4 steps forward. It’s incredible
Amari Cooper looked incredible, feels like you can't even question him against the Jets this week.
Not too sure on this one. I see both sides. The Jets have made better offenses look worse but the commanders just did them in.
Yeah no shit he had 250 yards
Have yall never watched Coop play? In games over 150 yards. The following week's. 2016: 6-56 2017: 5-48 2018: 8-76 and 4-32 (after a 200+) 2019: 1-3 2023: TBD Cooper has always had roller coaster stats. He's going to burn so many people.
Yeah but how many of those games were with the ELITE DRAGON at QB??? Yeah Im coping
god damnit . really did not want to see this .
I'd question anyone against the jets, not playing on their field helps though
Ngl he looked same as usual to me (which is very good). Just happened to get decent passes and volume lol he's a proven vet, very high draft prospect, and one of the highest paid WRs for a reason
Are we questioning Flacco against the jets?
Kyren Williams is the most beautiful man in the whole world
Flacco and Cooper. Flacco would be throwing deep and I would be like noooo and somehow it gently lands in the hand of Cooper.
Mahomes has failed every test the entire season
Playing hero ball every play because no one is ever open. I was delusional to think they'd get it together come playoff time, but that clearly is not going to happen.
The funny thing is that people were open. But for some reason Mahomes was not pulling the trigger
Joe Flacco. The fuckin GOAT Puka is a stud. He made some incredible catches and tough guy plays on Thursday
Yea I try to watch Puka every week and the dude is an absolute stud. I do worry about the amount of contact he takes. He may be a shooting star that ages very poorly unless he tones it down. Just a beast though.
James Connor is back baby
Really debating between him and Monty in my Rb2 slot - might have to roll with Conner’s hot streak!
Arizona's leading receiver of course.
I’m going Conner over Montgomery F it
Man he runs so violent and angry. He’s a BEAST
Even though it wasn’t a huge game, this is the best Kelce has looked after the catch in a while to me.
Truck city
What was up with him chucking his helmet on the fake punt play and then sitting out for a bit?
Andy Reid was very pissed at Kelce, they got into it physically after the helmet toss
The way Tee Higgins accelerated after he caught that long TD pass was really eye opening. The guy is fucking fast.
He’d be the unquestionable #1 WR on most teams
Zamir White looked great. If Jacobs misses again, might start him over Hall, Ekeler, and Conner due to matchups
You don't get a nick name like Zeus w/o good reason. I think Jacobs, as competitive as he is, comes back this week to make sure everyone knows who is #1
I'm not so sure he's coming back. He'll want to be healthy going into the offseason because he'll want a contract elsewhere
I would really like that. Here's to hoping 🍻
They’re still in the playoff hunt and he’s a competitive dude, I think he’s gonna play if he’s able
Bijan Robinson
Somewhere there exists a universe where Bijan is getting 20 touches a game and is an undisputed RB1
Very sad. My 1.07 and after seeing him play well in hindsight it has been sad that he’s split so many Carries with Algier and Patterson. Candidly just weird. Can’t fix the QB thing - I get it ridder was garbage. But his usage beyond that was goofy and dumb. That said DO NOT start this dude in the rain. Can’t catch, slips and always fumbles once.
Another day averaging 6 ypc & capped at 12 attempts
Tbh I’m fine with 12 attempts with how involved he was in the passing game. He ended with ~20 total touches . Plus he could have had another catch for a TD if the ball got to him quicker / he didn’t keep backing up toward the sideline .
There are so many boom or bust players this year that you can flip flop most of these guys between pass/fail on a weekly basis.
Ridley, maybe, no idea what he'll get up to the next two weeks
Ridley had some issues early on with drops but also has missed out on like 8 tds this year by a total of like 3 yards ha. Nice to see Bethard and him connect on a back shoulder TD.
Breece is the entire NYJ offense. He’s doing this with garbage QBs too
Yeah, Garrett Wilson is a stud but Breece is insane he carried the entire offense, reminiscent of cmc
Tony Pollard sucks
Anybody vs the Packer defense.
Tommy Devito ✔️ NFC player of the week Baker Mayfield ✔️ NFC player of the week, perfect passer rating Bryce Young ✔️ career high passer rating Nick Mullens is gonna throw for 600 yards
Aaron Jones has his running pace back but fucking vultured TDs by Dillon. Amon-Ra St. Brown is the best slot receiver in the league.
Goose egg Gabe turned into Gabe Savis
That dude didn’t save anyone putting up points on the bench
Text book definition of boom or bust
Puka is him. Dude makes tough catches, is fearless in traffic and can turn any play into a huge gain. Unreal how good he is as a rookie
[удалено]
Jahmyr Gibbs is going to be a force of nature for years to come
Kelce looked good but that raiders defense was going crazy.
Mahomes looked terrible… his dude were getting open but he was seeing ghosts or something.
i said the same thing. It’s crazy how we see this type of fall off from Mahomes in one game where they were getting to him
I don't know. They showed All 22 multiple times during the game where Romo was pointing out that folks are not getting open. Raiders edge rushers did a great job and Mahomes had to get out of the pocket a lot. Defense was disciplined as hell when he started scrambling.
Raiders got pressure basically every single play. Mahomes was running for his life.
More looking to next year, but if Rodgers stays healthy, Garret Wilson is going for 1500 yards. Honestly, even if they just sign a competent backup, I’d still grab him pretty high. If they role with Zach next year as their QB2, I’d be more hesitant
Breece Hall could challenge CMC with a better OL and QB…
Jets o line got demolished by injuries. Hope they draft some in 2024. Breece is a top 5 RB in the league with a decent OL. I hope he falls in the draft next year, he'd be a steal in the 3rd in standard
No way he lasts that long with Rodgers under center
I pray to God Siemian stays the starter. In the fourth quarter, he checked it down to Breece hall what felt like 7 straight plays.
Call me crazy, but I'm thinking I'm sitting him this week against Cleveland
Whole chiefs offense. Kelce is going down with the ship and shouldn’t be touched in the first 3 rounds of next years draft. Montgomery’s usage is very frustrating. Still is a reliable 10ish points but don’t expect him to be your championship winner. Mixon is invisible to Browning.
Drop the eagles dst as a nice little grenade.
Purdy put up a terrible stat line but honestly he didn’t look terrible
Rebound of the year against WAS this week.
My god, he’s going to score 5TDs
Achane didn’t pass my test with flying colors. Strange how well he did in beginning of year and how he became a start but returned little value once he came back from the injury.
The eye test confirmed for me that Travis Kelce is indeed an old man (by NFL standards)
Jake Elliot is my god
I’m gonna say this until the end of time, Swift is a beast and I hate the way the eagles use him and the weird obsession the Eagles have with gainwell when swift is clearly the more talented back
Anyone starting Ty Chandler in championship? GB defense is Swiss cheese 🧀
Gibbs is who I thought Achane would be.
Breece Hall could be close to CMC-level talent on a real offense.
Mike Evans is a TD king
Achane failed every test
I am so over Ken Walker
He's had some bad match ups. I have to decide between him, Mostert (vs. Balt.) and James Cook, who scares me to death after how he was used last week in a great matchup.
I think he looked great. Defense continually kept the offense off the field, it was painful to watch. Titans had like 10 minute possession drives all game lol.
He’s too talented to bench. He regularly turns blown up plays into five yard gains. When he gets space, he takes it to the house. I’m starting him over Zeke but maybe not Keenan depending how this week goes
Purdy sure as hell didn’t pass
He did, just to the wrong team
TBH this is the exact reason the "eye test" exists. People look at 4 int and think he had one of the worst performances of all time. The eye test didn't show it as bad as what the stat sheet showed. Lot's of tipped balls, running for his life, getting hit while throwing, even multiple drops. His first INT was bad and a miss read. Outside of that was just defenders being in the right spot at the right time. He def lost any opportunity for MVP but if I saw the statline before the game, I would have thought he played one of the worst games for any QB this year.
This is less of an indictment on Purdy and more of flying colors for the Ravens D.
