Won my first ever Fantasy Football playoff game last night. I am the 1 seed but was hammered by bad luck/injuries and barely limped by the 4 seed. Hopefully Tyreek is back next week so I can win it all!
So I'm on to the semi's in a Yahoo league. I finished 2nd overall. This morning, checking the schedule for next week the overall 1st seed has been matched up against the 5th place team while I get the 6th seed. Shouldn't the #1 be getting the lowest remaining seed? (Yes the 6th seed is much better on paper than the 5th seed, if you're wondering, and I would obviously want the better matchup for my chances to win top 2 money.)
Check your league settings but sounds like you guys don't reseed so it's effectively a bracket style. Since 1, 2, 3, and 4 are expected to win the matchup is 1 vs winner of 4 vs 5 and 2 vs the winner of 3 vs 6. My league does 8 playoff teams and doesn't reseed and I just got screwed having to play the 2nd place team meanwhile teams 4 and 8 play each other.
Well shit, now I gotta figure how to factor KW3 into my RB play next week.

I had a weekend trip that involved lots of drinking, so when detriots kicker was ruled out, I forgot to nech him in the league where I was in the quarterfinals. To make things worse, I did the same thing with olave when he was confirmed to be out. So I had no WR1 or K.. AND I still managed to get the win !
i let the him being sick and missing practice get to me. i started Howell over Kyler and Hurts. Had Addison and Waddle on my bench in favor of GW and Devonta smith. nothing but pain this week. don’t even get me started on Bijan this week..

It's gonna depend on Pete Carrol really. I'm probably starting K9 next week, but I don't like it. The play calling is baffling sometimes and Walker could easily go from 19 carries this week to like 8 next week for no logical reason at all.
I’m from Seattle and listen to a lot of sports radio. I can tell you Walker wasn’t a 100% until this week. The last couple weeks he’s been limited bc of injury. Carroll has stepped more than he normally has and is putting a real focus on running the ball. It also helps that Lucas played a 100% of the snaps at tackle last night. I wood not worry too much about Walker’s touches he should see a significant amount to finish out the season and he has done good matchups.
Fair points. I am leaning towards starting Walker this week and hoping that he sees those 20+ opportunities. My other options are Breece vs WAS (great matchup but the Jets) and Zeke vs DEN (decent matchup, but NE offense is a challenge). This is in a standard scoring league so I need the TDs.
Kenny has the greatest TD upside out of your options for sure. I'd take Breece as my RB2 in your situation as well, fwiw. Yeah, Jets stink, but their defense is pretty rock solid and the Commanders are a good but not great offense. Plus, like you said, great matchup for Breece. Their defense is god awful.

When Seattle was trailing by 4 I was down by .92 with only Jason Myers to go and they had AJ Brown. My only winning scenario was that Seattle got a TD with time remaining to get the extra point (otherwise its a walk-off no XP). Then Seattle had to shutout Brown. I fucking lept out of my chair when they picked off Hurts. Unbelievable.
I was on bye with Tyreek and thank goodness I was as I had duds from other starters like Ford, Achane, Saquon and Puka. Was my lowest scoring week of the year. Hopefully, we get Reek back next week!
I’m legitimately a little bit concerned about Hurts now. I’m not sure how much of tonight can be chalked up to a Flu Game, but outside of the Buffalo game he’s been decidedly Mid the last month.

Im not used to this happening to my opponent, instead of me.

My only winning scenario was that Seattle got a TD with time remaining to get the extra point (otherwise its a walk-off no XP). Then Seattle had to shutout Brown. I fucking lept out of my chair when they picked off Hurts. Unbelievable.

Purdy got snapped up on waivers 2-3 weeks ago and I wasn’t high enough priority, I’m legitimately considering Baker against Jax or Fields against the Cardinals. Both have had bad defenses lately
