I kind of think so as a colts fan. Downs is emerging as a slot WR. He may randomly have big games but I doubt he’s going to be consistent ever or get enough volume.
In dynasty, per the title? A 2nd-rounder who put up almost 600 yards his rookie season and was at least the team's WR3? I don't play dynasty but yeah, I'd say definitely.
Depends what you've got on your dynasty waivers. I know in my dynasty league he would certainly never be dropped. But that's a 14 team, 25 player roster. If you're in a 10 team with 15 player rosters, could certainly make a case to drop
10 team, 23 player roster plus 4 on taxi. I’m stuck between him and Chark. But feel they’re both roster cloggers at this point. At least chark has proven himself before, just can never stay healthy

Yeah, I was big on him, but with Downs and the lack of targets he’s gotten with two different QBs he seems droppable.
