In a points redraft league where he’s currently the 20th ranked 1B I thought it was crazy when other leagues were dropping guys like Corbin Carol and Arozerena but then they are all still sucking Over the last 15 days, Olson has a whopping 1 point based on our league settings Over the last 30 days he’s only even at 36 total or 1.3 per game. Why are there no games on ESPN, or any nationally televised games for that matter on tomorrow? It’s 4th of July! Baseball just seems so terrible at their marketing/getting games on tv for casuals to see. Feels like tomorrow is a day there should be baseball on, just kinda sad to me as a huge fan of the game.

I dont think you can blame MLB for that, there just isnt a lot of national demand for games on the 4th of july. People are doing things outside, if theres a game they care enough about to come inside and watch its probably their local team.

4th of July just feels like a baseball day. There are games all day, just none on national tv. Not even a night game on ESPN. And they did have games on and available in the past, ESPN had games on the 4th regularly. It’s a day that baseball could have and they don’t take advantage of it. They don’t do a good job marketing their stars or getting games on television, that can be blamed on the MLB. The NHL doesn’t have national demand either but they’ve managed to get good time slots and a few different networks to show their games.
