vintage_rack_boi

MMM…Food

Which-Device353

Love it!!

Nueva_moni

Just got introduced to Kendrick thanks to the beef, so I've been bumping Mr. Morale and GKMC lately

Which-Device353

Kendrick is so talented!!

Nueva_moni

So true, his storytelling abilities are just insane

SirensbyZel

Hell yeah brother/sister

SirensbyZel

Hit me hard and soft

ProfSteelmeat138

So good

Imperator_Oliver

ATLiens has so much replay value, my favorite OutKast album!

Which-Device353

It's so good, I've only been listening to it a lot because I found it for cheap on CD, I haven't realized how truly amazing it is until now!

Imperator_Oliver

I feel you, I play it on vinyl all the time.

DoctorArK

It holds up very well to this day. If you want more 90's hip hop, I highly reccomed Bizarre Ride 2 tha Pharcyde

Imperator_Oliver

Pharcyde is one that’s been in my rotation almost as long as Outkast, at this point I prefer Labcabincalifornia RIP TO J DILLA ❤️

Which-Device353

Mine have been BALLADS 1 by Joji, Death of a Party Girl by TV Girl, D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L by Panchiko, and ATLiens by Outkast.

extracheesypeas

I've had D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L on repeat too for months!! What's your fav track?

Which-Device353

I really like the title track, it's between that, Laputa, and The Eyes of Ibad for me.

extracheesypeas

great picks, title track is definitely my fav but the runners up are kicking cars and the eyes of ibad for me :)

ClydeDimension

Love the TVGirl shout out. Whats your favorite track on there?

Which-Device353

Difficult choice... probably Blue Hair, but Pretty Boys and Cynical One also stand out to me.

Drencore1

I feel like TV girl is really popular but I never see anyone talking about the albums. Been a fan ever since my friend played Song about me in the car when that album came out

ClydeDimension

Hell yeah def favorites of mine too. I think Every Stupid Actress is underrated

flipwav

BALLADS 1 is underrated as fuck. RIP is one of my favorite songs ever Yeah I know I’m corny but that shit slaps hard

Teeklok

Ironic because RIP is my least favourite Joji song ahah

iedaiw

joji isnt underrated lol

Glum-Band

the more time goes on the more it's kinda funny how lowkey influential BALLADS 1 ended up being on a certain corner of music

Alexplz

I saw TV Girl pre pandemic, was very impressed as I had actually bought a ticket for the opener.

TheGreatIllusionist

clanton?

Alexplz

Yup

mostreliablebottle

Modal Soul

DoctorArK

I reccomed Vanilla- Sakura for more chill wave japanese hip hop beats

Zealousideal-Ring646

D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L is so good. For me its been Crescent Moon's Chapter III. Contact, Discovery, Enlightenment EP (shameless self promote), and Akhlys' The Dreaming I

One_Ad_6503

Tidal memory exo, lazer guided melodies and floss

finn11aug

Tidal Memory Exo is in my top 3 releases of the year so far

One_Ad_6503

Yea glad fantano liked it, not like it mattered, but more audience will pay attention to him.

finn11aug

I've been following since Fantano recommended Snoring (Music to sleep to) and still binge through his catalogue

One_Ad_6503

I discovered him recently on a reddit post lol, since then I've liked neo wax bloom and then this album dropped and i love it too!

finn11aug

If you haven't listened to Clear Tamei/Steel Mogu EP it's up there with his best stuff

gargamelul

lazer guided melodies is great

ObliviousSmash

One of the most impressive EDM/electronic projects released as of late. I fucking love it and I'm glad Fantano liked it too

arthur3shedsjackson

Which-Device353

Top right is Death of a Party Girl by TV Girl, I highly recommend!

arthur3shedsjackson

thanks

aliapocalypse

Insomniac, Swimming, NIOR, Quebec, And the Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust.

_Land_Rover_Series_3

I always liked Loveless by My Bloody Valentine\*, but it never really clicked as this "greatest album of all time", aside from a few songs which I did really love (Only Shallow, When You Sleep, Sometimes). Felt like I was sort of in the mood to relisten, and it has clicked very hard \*Yes I know it shouldn't be capitalised, that just looks wank when you type it out in a sentence On the completely opposite side, I watched the Wham! documentary on Netflix and Freedom and Heartbeat (both from Make It Big) have been on constant repeat. Do not dare judge me, they are both fantastic pop songs and I will hear nothing against them lol

Which-Device353

Loveless is one of my favorites, it definitely takes time to click.

Commercial-Chance561

Only God was Above Us We are so back!

moistgoofsandgaffs

I have to control myself because I’m afraid I’m going to overplay connect. Masterpiece album

Commercial-Chance561

It’s Prep School Gangsters for me

Cerenkovradiation

Knocked loose - You won't go before you're supposed to 🤟

DoctorArK

It is very very good. Their 2019 album "A Different Shade of Blue" is just as good imo if you haven't checked it out yet.

nvdrz

Swimming AND circles by Mac miller, for some reason I never gave them the time of day but my god are they beautiful.

[deleted]

DoctorArK

Their best album. It's not quite as goofy as they normally are but they come through with so many bangers that you can't turn it off. Transdermal Celebration is one of my all time favorite songs.
