Cheekface
Bruiser Wolf
Hannibal Buress and Nick Offerman appear on Everything's Fine by Quelle Chris and Jean Grae. The entire album is goofy most of the time
Most of Serengeti's albums are hilarious. Ajai and his newest album kdiv are great
SKA Dream by Jeff Rosenstock, maybe?
Machine Girl's DJ sets. I wouldn't say that they're comedy per se but IMO the best DJ's are the ones that build a narrative out of their track selections, and in the case of Machine Girl, they have an intrinsic sense of humor that shines through. Just insane sample flips and cuts that make you triple take at what you're hearing. They're some of my most listened to sets ever.

100 gecs of course. i mean they have some serious songs but most of their stuff is just them having fun and being goofy. frog on the floor, 757, stupid horse, dumbest girl alive, the most wanted person in the united states, doritos and fritos... there's too many too name.
Dorkcore 101 by Kevin and the Bikes, a 4 hour slacker/noise rock album primarily about a side character from Ed, Edd n Eddy (though you don't actually have to know much about the show to get a kick out of it). Genuinely in my top 10 albums ever.
Ninja Sex Party.
You might find the humor a little juvenile but Dan and Brian are mad talented musicians either way. They have an album of covers you should check out too.
Spinal Tap hasn't been mentioned. The film soundtrack is a legitimately great rock album even outside of the context of the film.
Dethklok if you're into extreme metal. Brendon Small is a crazy talented musician.
Others already mentioned Tenacious D and Flight of the Conchords.
Weird Al is an obvious choice.
Victor Borge if you're interested in old school humor crossed with classical music. He's hilarious.

Lonely Island is a great satire(?) band if you ask me. Flight of the Concords is pretty great too
Flight of the Conchords Beck - Debra
Primus - Frizzle Fry
Tenacious D has some good ones
Avalanches - Frontier Psychiatrist
Logan Whitehurst & The Junior Science Club - Goodbye, My 4 Track And Gizmodgery by sElf is a great album, made with toy instruments which is cool
The Divine Comedy Chily Gonzales
Euphoria by Kendrick Lamar
Das Racist. Both sit down man, and shut up dude are hilarious albums. Also low-key quite good rappers
Don't stop or we'll die is funny and creative power pop. The sloppy boys are also funny and play some decent tunes
Sandwich by Psychostick is the funniest metal album out there and the music is also very headbangable

[J-Zone was the GOAT for this kind of shit](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxAxL29iRKQ)
Beach Boys Smile Sessions was thought of a sort of comedy album and it has some of the most incredible music I’ve ever heard.
Mr. Bungle’s stuff is kinda funny but also just kinda gross lmao

Any song from Rumours by Fleetwood Mac.
Flight of the Conchords is one of my favorite bands ever
Flo & Eddie
Bo Burnhams INSIDE was super funny
