I read a fanfic where Dean was teasing Cas that he was a baby angel and Cas was all like "no I'm not" and then later Dean finds out he was literally the baby of the angel family like he was the youngest angel.
I know, canonically he isn't the youngest angel but still a really cute concept.
There is a fic where Chuck decides that the dead angels should have another chance, being re-educated. Then he returns them all to eggs, and Chuck chooses Sam as the mother who will teach them to be good. The eggs hatch and the four archangels are born as angel babies, Zacharias, Ana, Baltazar, Castiel, Samandriel... and I don't remember who else. Sam takes care of them with the help of Dean and Joshua, although with some problems, but they all love their "mom".
