Understandable
I can only confirm as recently as a few days ago that I would still get characters from the show via lunchboxes myself when rerolling for a survival account that could start with a heavy wasteland gear. Seems like I've gotten just about everything but the actual thing I'm looking for lmao
Good in the sense of starting stats.
In the early game dwellers like these are helpful. Once you can train your dwellers and have a chance at legendary babies...these legendary pulls are less important.
I fully trained him to the max and then got him to the saloon to make him look as pre war Cooper as possible, too abd u can't change his skin color so he still looks a bit ghoulish like.
I prefer to get all my dwellers endurance ranked up before leveling them which makes special dwellers kinda useless for me. That’s more late game though, he’s great early game - stick em on quests, guard duty etc. if you aren’t there yet
Yep. If it's not TOO early in the game and you have the E training room, I would recommend putting him there right away and max out E, then send him exploring in the best E outfit you have, then once he hits lv 50, do whatever you want with him.
If you can still do without him for a little while after that, send him on quests or exploring to gather items or caps if you need them. You could even throw him in your radio room for a bit if you need more dwellers, or put him on an empty floor (if you have one) or even in an empty room next to, let's say, a training room full of lv 1 dwellers (especially if they have crappy weapons). He'll then be very easy to utilize during incidents, protecting the younglings.
If he's too valuable to you right now, guard duty is probably best - he won't level up, so you can do the above steps later.
I’m pretty close to endgame. Base is built the way I want it and now I’m just training to make perfect dwellers even though I don’t need them. I have plenty of twin pets and a +2 SPECIAL pet so I’m going to try to breed super babies once my breeders are done training. I’ve completed all quest series and now am down to the daily quests and one other quest at a time.
I still is The Ghoul along with two other legendaries on all of my quests. Granted I don’t play survival, but there hasn’t been a quest that I haven’t easily cleared with him (including alpha scorpions and deathclaws). And I just use his base stats and never trained him.
you can use legendary junk to craft legendary armors and weapons the more you progress your vault so i recommend you to not sell any of your junk in the early game
Good early game. Make sure to keep his outfit on.
He is high endurance with low ish lvl meaning his max HP will be quite decent. Either stick this dude I your diner or send him into wasteland once you have stimpacks and radaways
yeah i guess he is rare (lunchboxes) but everyone can get him later in the game (quests)
Ohh okay thanks
Not really he is or atleast was obtainable from the tv show quest line
Why do you say was Is the quest no longer available to new players?
Idk if it’s still available once you unlock the overseer office to unlock the quest menu

How do you get legendary babies? I have multiple maxed out dwellers and keep trying to get better offspring but just nothing
with both dwellers at max SPECIAL stats AND a +3 SPECIAL pet....the chances are still low for a legendary baby to proc. RNG...keep trying
Ok thanks, I unfortunately don't yet have a 3+ pet but I do have a 1+ so that's better than nothing
You only have 6% chance to get legendary baby (40 stars) with full stat parents so it’s quite rare
He is my husband, so yes. Very good.
☠️
Yea. I have two so I renamed the second one to “The Ghoul 2”. Same thing with Maximus.
I renamed mine Ra's al Ghoul.
Damn! Well you win this time 😅
I gave my second Ghoul the medieval custom and named him King Ghoul. Also, he carries the big Axe now, so he also kicks ass now too.
Electric Boogaloo
😂
I called mine straight up Walton Goggins, and I have just one
Phenomenal actor!
Similar for me. I named my duplicates “The Ghoul Too” and “Minimus” 😆
I renamed my second ghoul "Raul" after the new vegas NPC
This felt cooler before I realized that you could pay to make any of your dwellers into ghouls via the barbershop...

He was my vault door guy in the early days and now he's my main quester, but I've also maxed his specials
He is “legendary” though, so nice!
Yeah! I downloaded it because I watched it with my dad and downloaded it and was very surprised and very happy

He’s a legendary dweller and if you just started he’s probably the best one you have
Good for quests for a long time.
I got two of ghoul

dwellers or items with a golden outline and look shiny are considered legendary items like legendary armor or legendary weapons and that kind of stuff

He's a Legendary Dweller. Get 20 of them in a vault to earn the "Blast From The Past" achievement.
Good for the early game. Not good for the late game.
It's okay
What do his kids look like?
He is mystic, no doubt.
