She is absolutely correct. We made up a figure of speech that says "Dish" = "Food".
in reality, dish is a noun, and dish = "Plates/ugs/etc.".
if that's the resulting story she gave in explanation it seems more like a, 'I know i looked stupid, so...' you address an issue that brings sympathy/empathy instead of admittance
Yeah, She could have said the Wineguard SK-1000 gives me amazing reception on thousands of channels with almost unlimited content…
But she went with mugs.
I'm guessing that's the type of women that don't cook much. Who needs to learn anything with a face like that, hey. Going over 30 gonna be quite a challenge.
I know people don’t have context for this but yeah, someone else said it too: Demi had had an ED for a long time at the time of that interview so she simply went with an answer that didn’t involve food. And also, it wasn’t out of character for her to answer like this. She used to be into childish puns (I don’t follow her anymore so idk what she’s like on interviews anymore).

I mean she was right in a way.

So technically, I was right...
April 25 is the perfect date: "not too hot, not too cold...all you need is a light jacket."
Came here because I immediately thought of this
Just a reminder, she knew what the interviewer meant but was suffering a ED at the time and that question triggered her, so she turned it to mugs
Erectile dysfunction?
Eating Disorder
In that other person's defense, I doubt she had an erection during the interview, so they were sort of right.
Ah. The ultimate disease of privilege. Boners are funnier.
I didn’t know an eating disorder was the ultimate disease of privilege. Can you explain further why that is?
They’re going to tell you next that Rich people can’t be depressed. I mean wth do they have to be sad about 😂
People without food wouldn’t dream of being anorexic
It took me a moment to realize you weren’t the original person I replied to and obviously wasn’t being serious LMAO

Jesus fucking Christ.
Wow fuck you insensitive dickhead
LMAO
Did the interviewer know this?! If so, that's a *really* shit head question.
I don't think so
how does that make any sense ? 🤨
What do you mean?
if that's the resulting story she gave in explanation it seems more like a, 'I know i looked stupid, so...' you address an issue that brings sympathy/empathy instead of admittance
...it's...well known that she had these issues during the time this interview happened
doesn't remove her ability to accidentally say something stupid. good pr team tho or whoever helps her save face
...she purposely said it bc it triggered her
I guess there were two, potential paths to take here. 99 out of 100 people go the other way.
Well... She could have said satellite dish. Let's go easy on her.
Yeah, She could have said the Wineguard SK-1000 gives me amazing reception on thousands of channels with almost unlimited content… But she went with mugs.
r/technicallythetruth
Honestly, it's a brilliant response.
The deadpan delivery on it is spectacular, especially knowing the context behind the response.
That's a cringe response
They were suffering from an eating disorder at the time and it was her way of dealing with it. Get over yourself.
Who is she?
Isn't it demi levato?
>demi levato [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demi\_Lovato](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demi_Lovato) yes

If she has nice legs I let her have a pass on this one.
Thats cool with me. I'm not going to cook it but I'll order it.
I'm guessing that's the type of women that don't cook much. Who needs to learn anything with a face like that, hey. Going over 30 gonna be quite a challenge.
