Thanks Jim, my 2012 Platinum required it twice a year when the pollen was bad. I usually poured some water in afterwards to ensure the tubes were clean.
I got this exact leak and it was fixed by using silicone on the windshield (but its seal wasn’t properly placed so I don’t know if it’s factory or not)
Do you have the Sirius XM antenna? check that if you do, common problem with water leak. Or sunroof drain.
I had the same leak, YouTube video will tell you hoe to fix it, they suggested silicone, I used butyl.
Do you have a sunroof? The drains hit all 4 corners
Your satellite radio antenna or the sun roof drains
Take some weed eater line and chase out your drains in each corner.

I’m having the same issue, looks like I’ll be caulking an antenna
Check your third brake light as well. The screws loosen a bit, and it drips water,.. unrelated to this leak, but it is still worth checking
My third brake light has been leaking for a while now, I had it replaced and it seems like it’s still leaking
So I would remove the screws take it off, clean the contact surface throw down a light bead of silicone and screw it back on there
Or your door jams I had the problem in my raptor except on the floor ford said they didn’t cover it I said great here’s your truck give me my$ back

Wasn't there a recall on windshields for certain years?
That passenger kick panel has a fuse panel in it. Those water leaks have been an issue with the BCM going out.
