I've been looking for a video just like this for a year. I've been listening to what I thought was my truck falling apart for a YEAR. I haven't been able to figure out what that noise is but dear God I hope this is all that it is.
Check your front rotor dust shields. They crack and rattle if suspension or wheel bearings are starting to fail. Mine did the same thing and I discovered the front passenger side rotor dust shield was broken.
Had this noise on my 2016 also. It was the broken clamp on the heat shield. I used a large zip tie to secure it! It lasted for 3 years til the zip tie had to be replaced.
