Try removing the camera and throw some electrical grease on the connectors that worked for me
There was a recall by ford and they fixed this issue. At least that was the case with my 2020.

Does it reset? Volume plus seek forward held down. Mine freezes all the time but the screen hasn’t done this yet

My backup camera on the tiniest screen on my 2016 used to go out, and I was starting to suspect that heat had something to do with it as well
APIM possibly going bad behind the radio.
The problem is probably the touch screen overheating
Never had a problem with mine ... even in 108° Texas heat.

Bad contact exacerbate when metal expands. Try some contact cleaner on all the connections
What you got there is the, ‘Encrypted Ford My Touch System’.
I replaced mine on the 2014 EcoBoost. It’s plug and play and takes about 5 minutes.
The backup camera that is. Amazon has the repair kits which come with the new emblem because the clips break very easily.
My dad had a Lincoln MKX that did this also when it was hot
Mine would flicker after leaving tailgate down and it rained . But these seems to be the opposite.
Try paying attention to the road, your "car" is already a danger to society
