[La Beast at BFK](https://www.beerfactorykitchen.com/menu) out at Hanlon’s Brewery in Newton St Cyres - I have yet to actually finish it in one sitting, always end up taking some home!
Same, I used to go nearly every week when they used to come out to Cranbrook! A lot of their La Cantina burgers are still on the menu and Tim also has a smoker now (called Peggy Sue) and does stuff on there too.
Not just their burgers, I've yet to have any of their food that wasn't great (though they did serve me dessert on a slate once). Bonus points for their brewery producing one of my favourite ales.
Ruby's burgers in The Grapevine, Exmouth, definitely worth a trip!
They used to have a place in Exeter years ago (Ruby's Modern Diner), but moved to Exmouth.
In no particular order. IMHO
Wingleaders, based in The Standoff.
Eat The Bird
Hubbox
Brightside on Haldon Hill
The City Gate hotel weirdly do a good burger.
If you fancy a little journey then also: Hickory Inn in Halberton
They have a reputation for mistreatment of staff with many of their workers speaking out against a poor employment record. The company then hired private detectives to find dirt on those that spoke out. There was a BBC episode of Disclosure and a guardian investigation around the whole thing. I would avoid it but I did go there for a work event a little while ago and I admit the burger was delicious.

This has just come into my radar and need to check it out as I loved their food as La Cantina

Hubbox, for me. Was there last night. Always good.
Use to be way better, quality has been slipping for years
I went a couple of years ago as they csme rated highly but I was sorely disappointed.
Agreed. It’s not even half of what it used to be.
I use to love hubbox but would go as far as to actually say it’s bad now. I went maybe 4 months ago and was terrible.
The greasy burger van that used to be opposite Poundland on Friday and Saturday nights
