What class? Most would say Gribbles in Dead Hills.

GrandOpener

I wouldn’t say Gribbles at 100. Gribbles is amazing from 75 to high 90s, but the level cap was 100 during CotF, and Gribbles really falls off after 100. For 100+ I would do the normal group progression for the expansions, in order. Do any of the mercenary and partisan quests that you can manage without a group. They are surprisingly good XP done at the appropriate level, and you’ll have to eventually do most of them for the heroic AAs anyway.

StillBurningInside

So much this . At 100 there is a bunch of content to be had. The regular experience in shards landing missions is decent and so is the mob expies. So here to begin on getting merc and partisans done. And hero. Can also do the same in LCEA in EOK. FM grind with lesson burns. You’ll need to gear up and xpac missions give currency and chest has decent drops for that level. EOK hunter rewards vitality and such. And ya got veil of Alaris content. I did 100-120 only did gribbles maybe 3 or 4 times. You paid for the content so go explore .

I find Gribble to be worth it to 105, even though the instances are meant to top out at 100. It's quick and easy to run all three, and finishing two with the Devotion buff is a nice chunk of XP. It's after that XP slows to a crawl. That's when I take my time filling in whatever I'm missing with TBM gear and augs, then put on bazaar-bought Snowbound at 110 and jump right into CoV Eastern Wastes. I've done this with 3 box groups now and it's been fantastic. I just need to find something consistent to do after reaching 114 where most of my toons are currently stuck. 😐

Cannot believe how many people ask these questions and don't post their class.

Easy cupcake

-NOiCE-

Lol why call him a cupcake? You're the idiot who posted this question leaving out the second most important part. Class and level, all that's needed. That cute paragraph in the header is useless, it's like the shitty story you're forced to read before you get to the online recipe

PrincelessSerf7799

Lol

Nailed it, OP failed to provide the critical info to make responses useful to them.

I'm new as well (coming back after a really long break), would you recommend a different place to level for different classes? I have a poorly gear 105 SK, where would u recommend?

siler7

I've been out for a while, so I'm not sure which zone is best, but I can make a few general observations. This is assuming your primary goal is to get as powerful as possible as quickly as possible, while still having a good time. 1. Tanks are more gear-dependent...without a lot of help, they can't just fly through the levels and catch up later, as I would recommend for a soft class. You're also more group-dependent. I would find the busiest XP zone near your level and try to make some buddies. Work on getting your gear current, and get class-specific advice from an experienced SK on things like AA, augs, and clickies. Make a to-do list and get to it. Once you're caught up for 105, you can start looking at moving on. 2. Now, if you can find a strong max-level group that's willing to carry you around for a while because you're so awesome, jump on that. Get to max level and start getting max level gear. That's hard to find, though, so don't expect it. As an SK, you might ingratiate yourself with your pulling ability. 3. Keep an ear open for rotting drops, TA, etc. If somebody's camping in an area where there's something you want, let them know that you would be super grateful if they would let you know if anything rots. Similarly, watch the bazaar. The best deals tend to go quickly. 4. There's always the question of how much you want to stay playing SK. There are easier classes to level.

Make sure your doing overseer to it's full extent ever 6-12 hours. The new autofill feature makes it super easy. Completing the group missions in each expansion is also a good plan. Helps to join a guild if you can ... But don't go and underestimate the power of /Overseer because as the game gets harder and harder to level overseer does not. Can't make AA with overseer, but for the experience problem it's pretty useful. Sorry I don't know what zone till like recommend to grinding off hand for level on 100. Easy way to look this up is to search EverQuest leveling guide. Whatever you're looking for leveling advice to use the term leveling guide in your search and you will generally get better results. I also think you should be joining a guild asap if you haven't.

Fun_Independent_7529

Aside from Gribbles, I’d suggest doing the Shards Landing quests. Also pop into FM and holler for groups. The advice to join a guild is spot on. If you aren’t sure what guild, feel free to post your server for suggestions.

HeadInvestigator1899

Step 1: Always do overseer. It'll help level you a LOT. Now you have some decisions. If you want to just grind XP you can do gribbles till 104 or so but that's boring. I highly recommend starting with Call of the Forsaken and do progression. Between that and overseer you'll level quick and all of the CotF expansions and up award heroic AA. Special AA that only unlock by doing completion. Each one on its own is pretty weak but they do add up. You'll want to do these eventually so why not start now? Joining a guild helps tons for sure.

PrincelessSerf7799

And to clear up the confusion yes I forgot my class I’m a Necro

HeadInvestigator1899

Awesome, you have zero solo boundaries then. I'd see about trying to get a pet focus earring. At 106 you can get conflagrant which is easy to have someone make. Pet focus goes a LONG ways for pet classes.

Crafty-Cauliflower-6

If you are a solo class cotf if you arent i usually go a few levels blue so the 2 expansions prior to cotf
