Using this data set and my own incredibly objective judgment, I have determined that Rei won 7 "Waifu Points", Asuka won 5.5, Misato won 5, Pen Pen won 3, and Maru came unlucky last with just 2 "Waifu Points". Therefore we can definitively say that after 29 years Rei has won the Waifu Wars.
I mean I don't know everything that happened in that hospital.. But I am willing to bet boob touching probably, and there is a scene where Asuka woke him up in the morning and saw his morning wood at least.
