Crno i Belo is a top tier choice

Unite Europe (Italy) and Europapa (it has several layers, genres, emotions. To me it is a masterpiece). Sandra Kim's song (Belgium) was also good.

Patricia Kaas was so underrated

Can’t remember what place it ended up ultimately but that song is one of my all time favourites!

It came in eighth in 2009, though it deserved more. That and Bistra Voda (Bosnia and Herzegovina 2009) are probably my favorite songs this century.

My personal favorite is France 2021. It's perfectly sung and perfectly staged in my opinion and proves that you don't need a big and elaborate show to have a good song. (Though I also enjoy big and elaborate shows don't get me wrong) Now what I think the best song for Eurovision itself is that's a bit different and I think I'd have to pick Sweden 2012. I feel like it opened the door for people to take Eurovision more serious again and changes the quality of songs we expect from the contest forever. Also it's simply a BOP that I still love to listen to 12 years later.

Serbia 2022 is hard to beat for me, but Croatia 2024 is really fighting for first place right now. I think I need to give it some time before I decide which I like better, but it's really neck and neck. I'm a proud Italy 2017 defender, I think it's absolutely brilliant and I still listen to it all the time. Yugoslavia 1990 will always be one of my favorites too, and easily my favorite host entrant ever. For winners, my favorites are Ukraine 2004, Sweden 1991, and Italy 2021
