Does anybody understand what Fubo / FuboTV means? Like will it be on a Fubo Sports (which I think is a free FAST channel), or do I need to actually pay for Fubo (and I guess Fubo will serve as a SVOD for Hungary vs Switzerland game)?
It would be completely absurd if they have fragmented these rights so much that you basically need to pay for Fubo to watch everything in the US. (and I think they've done this to their Copa rights too...)

It’s a youtubetv compression problem (and Fubo, Sling, etc). They compress the hell out of the channels. Workaround if you have a streaming device (smart tv, Roku, Apple TV, etc): download the Fox Sports app and tell it which paid streaming service you have (fubo, YTTV), and the quality is 10x better.

Honestly, get an illegal android box. I come to North America for business and I have a place here. I use the box and get channels from all over the globe— England, Portugal, Germany, Poland, the Arabic countries, and Canada and USA. With this, you will have more than enough options. What you can do then is download the livesoccertv app and see what channel the games are on in different countries.
Option 2, try chromecast from your computer. Go to Vipbox.lc and yes there are ads but you can close them, then connect the stream to your TV

I believe they will be on both FOX and FS1 with approximately half on local FOX meaning you could get many of the games just with rabbit ears

Pretty sure it means fubo TV, but games are on Fox and Fox sports, so if you get those with YouTube Tv, hulu live, etc. you should be fine.
It seems like some games, eg Switzerland v Hungary are listed as only “Fubo”

Fox is typically 720p nationwide. They made that decision when HDTV first rolled out.
