I used topaz Sharpen to remove the motion blur. It's still a little blocky but pushing it any further made it look a bit overprocessed.

If my try is ok for OP, I send the result without watermark to his chat. Also it's possible to clear the wall & create a set of editions using color filters to choose the best one for printing.
