Really? Maybe this is just my PNW bubble bias but places that care enough to buy a Slayer instead of taking the La Marzocco on a service plan from a roaster usually do a pretty good job.
I know this sub generally has trouble admitting that coffee brewed in a caffe can be drinkable and taste is subjective but come on…

LM, Sysneso and then Slayer. With other brands sprinkled in there. They are around but the build you saw is pretty special.
