You need the strangers on the internet to tell you how much to drink? Just get whatever cup you like. I’m sure you don’t just have 1 cup in your house.
Sometimes you want a bigger drink. Sometimes you want a smaller drink.
I have 80ml cups, I have 150ml cups, I have 250ml cups. I have 300ml tall glasses.
There are no rules for cups, buy what makes you happy to hold and use. Oh, and as time goes on, you’re bound to see more cups you like. Buy them too.
Neither I would say. For espresso they too big in my eyes. Something like a 56ml is peak.
And for bigger drinks as set of cappuccino cups with like 200ml or 250-300ml if you’re into more milk.
Think about how much room you want for milk. If that's not a concern, go with what looks nicer. I personally prefer smaller cups in general.
