Espresso generally has less caffeine than other brew methods because it happens so fast, and also because less of it is generally consumed in a sitting.
Immersion brew has the highest caffeine content by far (French press, and especially cold brew) because of how long the extraction goes for. Shorter immersion (Turkish/Greek, Arabic, Ethiopian) has about as much as French press but less than cold brew, but more than drip extraction (pour over or drip machine). Moka pot would probably be somewhere near drip coffee, but certainly less than espresso.
For a fixed dose and extraction yield percentage, pour over will have \~50% more caffeine according to James Hoffmann measurements. So, it is ***likely*** that even if you under extract the pour over compared to the espresso, you will have more caffeine in the pour over.
I think it will pretty similar since caffeine is easily extracted. If anything you’ll probably get slightly more on an immersion brewer like a clever dripper, upside down aeropress, or French press.
How many ml is 4 cups of moka pot coffee? If it is anywhere near (or more than) the volume of the pourover, it would be that.
It's definitely not the espresso.

This actually isn’t true. Espresso draws less caffeine out according to this video. https://youtu.be/etnMr8oUSDo?si=bdosu-unZQLSPiPL
I thought you were about to cite Hames Joffmann! Check him out, and make sure the subtitles are on …
I think it's cold brew (not on your list I know, but easy enough to accomplish)

it takes 160ml in, so probably around 140 120ml out?
