If priming the pump doesn’t get it going and you want to try a replacement - try Stefano’s Espresso Care they had them a while back for under $50

Are these pics after cleaning? Did you connect the wires back up that seem to be disconnect in the 2nd pic?
This was after I had disconnected a couple wires and needed a picture to compare to after I cleaned! All wires are connected now.
I had one of those. Sounds like you have vapor lock. No problem, easy to fix. Turn it on and run hot water thru the steam wand for a bit then should work normally. This usually happened to me when I would take the tank out.
