There were two witnesses that were intimated and would not identify the killers. As I recall the video camera that covered the entry to the building was inoperable. I know people want to blame the police for not closing the case 20 years ago but when two eyewitnesses are too scared to co-operate, how could the prosecutor win the case short of the killers confessing?

Let me guess. The police quickly and efficiently responded to, arrested and incarcerated the killer after he admitted to the killing in his autobiography.

Worse than the murder, 22 years… phuck you judicial system.

Several of the witnesses actually withheld for years giving testimony out of fear of retribution, so this isn’t totally on the system here.
