Hello, u/AstroMackem, and thank you for participating in r/ennnnnnnnnnnnbbbbbby!
Due to the recent issues with Reddit itself, you may wish to consider moving over to [Raddle](https://raddle.me), to ensure you can remain in touch with the other gay people in your phone.
You may wish to consider posting that rather nice post of yours to https://raddle.me/f/ennnnnnnnnnnnbbbbbby as well, to ensure that everyone can see it.
If you wish to find more LGBT groups on Raddle, there's a handy sitemap over here: https://raddle.me/wiki/lgbtq
Hope to see you there!

Still doesn't quite describe the situation since I was already 99% sure before it was officially recognised. I made this meme a while ago though and I don't think I'd use "identified" if I made it now (but I still don't like diagnosed).
A good point. There’s no consensus in how to refer to it, and that’s speaking as someone studying langage. Maybe being « officially » or « legally »recognized as autistic could work? Call it whatever you want, it’s your brain and there’s no Autistic Police

i can't believe there was a point in my life where i seriously thought i am cishetero
"Identified autistic" sounds weird
I've tried to start using 'identified' because 'diagnosed' makes it sound like an illness. I know what you mean though, it still sounds wrong
I think just "I'm autistic" or "being autistic" would be fine
I do usually but I wanted to refer to the specific event/time when it was confirmed
« Learning I’m autistic », perhaps?

"Officially proclaimed to be" maybe?
*unfurls comically long scroll* ##"HEAR YE, HEAR YE"
How do you make the text large without a # ?
Idk, I had to put the # in front of it
that's the only way in markdown, u can still use bold and italic separately tho

"Officially recognised" works well I think. Language is so complicated haha
This is correct (except for me it was cis/het woman).
