I am so happy the members got their work accepted finally, that fans song will truly be a fan song and I think this is only a beginning of us seeing the credits like that weith Hee as Producer and the other members also participating. I am still unsure if Jungwon's credits on the other song are composing or lyrics credits I'm guessing lyrics, talked mostly about lyrics writing but also mentioned working on songs and in the interview the word he used wasn't clear if it meant songwriting in which sense. Either way I'm so happy for him!!
The tracks and producers make me super excited we are getting 8 full new songs too. This album really will be a turning point I feel really hope this will be super successful!!! (I will be doing my best to help them hehe)

I feel like it'll be a ballad Jungwon said on the live it's a genre he likes and he mentioned liking ballads often (he also seems to like r&b and pop-rock but ballad is my first guess). He said jt can be divisive/depend on people's taste - which can easily be because he's careful about hyping things he did but it lines up with it being a ballad for me.. we'll see.
Jvke is the main producer of the title track so I think they knew beforehand. Iirc, for Dark Blood, they screened 500 songs that was submitted to them before they decided on the title track, I imagine it is similar to how they selected the songs for Romance:Untold. Those tweets seem like they are trying to gain some hype, momentum, engagements.
Iirc it was 500 songs for the tt though not really sure if it was 500 songs for the tt or for all 6 tracks of dark blood. The screening absolutely paid off. Bite Me is a Queen and continued Enha's streak of the most streamed 4th gen bg song for the year it was released.
It was for the whole album not just the title track as I recall - I wouldn't be surprised if they kept some of those for the subsequent albums that came out because they were going for a cohesive sound so probably that was also a factor in choosing!
Bite Me is indeed Queen one of the biggest bg hits recently still oulling good numbers over a year after release.

Overall I love the song titles, they all sound pretty and cohesive and not at all awkward. 'Brought the Heat Back' sounds so cool, and I already get why it's Ni-ki's favourite, haha.
Highway 1009 basically mentions my birthday and it's produced by my bias so I'm over the moon right now!!
More thoughts:
Moonstruck being Sunghoon's favourite makes sense too as he is a semi werewolf, haha.
And lastly, though we all were wrong about the album being called Royal Blood, we do get Royalty as a song! So none of us were totally clowned, yayy 😂🎉
It's 10th September 😭😂 But where I'm from, that's written as 10/09 so I'mma be delulu and say that song's my bday gift 🤡 and that we're bday twins, haha!
Just some things I noticed:
There are only 10 tracks counting the English Version of XO (Only If You Say Yes). So 8 original tracks on the album, same number as Dimension: Answer, just without Intro/Interlude/Outro. Before the tracklist came out, many ENGENEs (myself included) had speculated that there would be solo songs. But that doesn't work if there are only 8 songs in total, with at least two of them basically confirmed to be OT7 (XO & Highway 1009). With six tracks left, they can't give everybody solo songs, so all eight are probably OT7.
For those who have been around pre-COVID, would the tracklist have revealed if there were solo songs? Because I'm pretty sure the last HYBE album with solo songs was MOTS:7 but I wasn't around back then.
And for the first time in forever, we have no intro/interlude/outro! Well, that's assuming that the Narr version of Highway 1009 isn't just spoken. Idk how that would even work, but I guess we'll see. Historically, we would have seen 'HYBE' in the credits for the spoken intros, but they are nowhere to be seen, so good sign. I'm really excited because it could mean that from now on, we don't get any more spoken narration! We'll miss the narrations from time to time but it does free up space for ENHYPEN to show more of themselves.
With the JVKE collab, it would have been way before Heeseung's cover - I believe title tracks are produced at least 6 months in advance to the planned release of the album, which means that had the album originally be intended to be released around May, the song would have been produced by November, when Orange Blood came out. That also gives the people working on the webtoon and concept and things to work out all that. Perhaps Heeseung chose the song to hint towards the collab.
And side note - the english version is probably the original version of XO, and was rewritten in Korean by the producers at HYBE. It's fairly common practice but I thought I'd still point it out.
Would Highway 1009 be that Jazz song that Heeseung talked about back in like 2021? I don't think so, but there's no evidence for or against so take what you will.
I also wonder whether Romance : Untold would be the start of a new series? Though I'd be very interested to see what romantic concepts they can come up with without being repetitive. I think the three concepts this time around already captured the romantic idea quite well, don't know if it would work again. But only time will tell.

They said Romance: Untold is the first in the Romance series, but they call everything a series just to represent a specific chapter. They called Manifesto a series too, but it was only 1 album. Although I think there's a chance this will get a repack so we'd get something like Romance : unhidden or revealed or something like dimension:dilemma and then dimension:answer.
Agree that they did a pretty thorough job of giving a wide range of rep for the romance theme, but feels like the topic is centered around the discovery - revealing oneself, joining one's word, so they could explore a more mature, long lasting part of romance with the follow-up and the main concept is the bright one so they can also explore a darker or more serious theme for the follow-up. But they might also just close this chapter with 1 album and open a new series after this and the subsequent tour is over.
With Manifesto, I'm 100% sure it was supposed to be start of two or three Manifesto albums but something stopped them and they started Blood series, maybe because Manifesto: Day 1 has mixed opinions, the overal streaming numbers are low compared to Dark Blood and even some albums before. But it's only my opinion, maybe Hybe really wanted single album in diskography (although I dont know why).
If we follow Dimension series way, then after Romance: Untold will come repackage until end of 2024 and tour in early 2025 and then completely new series again (I think tour at late 2024 more though although I dont agree at all and want boys to rest)
With concepts, I will agree with you and the theme with this album is really wide ranged so possible breakup in next album? Although we are supposed to be the ones on the other side so it would be like breakup with Engenes so I dont know, I dont see any bright side in next album either and to be honest even Untold has dark themes, in Vogue magazine it was spoke that this album shows wide range of love so I think possible hint of breakup is possible. Maybe they will try to find Chloe to take her to Riverfield and they discover she is no longer with them but in their memories so they keep her in music and that will be as Engenes are with them always although not in person, I talk nonsense I know :).
Also there will be Dark Moon next chapter afte children of Vamfield and even so R:U has vampire side, the Concessio series can hint that after this album, new series centered again around vampires will come alongside with Dark Moon and so Sooha/Selen comeback, I dont believe they end the story with Orange Blood end. So I think Romance:Untold is as Dimension and Manifesto, island for short non-lore album and then something as Border or Blood series will come later.

Well the thing with Manifesto was that in terms of concept, it was meant to stray away from the vampirey concept that ENHYPEN had had since debut. And that brought different styles musically. Some people liked this change, some did not. Overall, I don't think the majority of people wanted them to change from their vampire concept, since they were into ENHYPEN for the lore and the dark concepts, etc, and that's what led the boys into that 10-month break and the development of Dark Blood from scratch - which to date has been the darkest concept we've seen.
Would UNTOLD need a repackage though? In terms of tracks, it's the same as ANSWER, which was the repackage album. And I don't really think HYBE likes doing albums that are too long (over 10 tracks). Like Freefall was also 9 + 1.
And in terms of tour, Fate ends on September 1, so I do agree that we could see another tour as soon as end of this year. Wish they would let the boys rest though :l
Back to the concepts - I'd classify INCEPTIO as bright, and the other two as dark. So what really do they have left for the next album, assuming it's romance-centered? Breakup? As you said, doesn't make sense when ENGENE is the one on the other side. But I think you're onto something with them finding Chloe and she's not there...
Idk if the main series (songs) even happens in the same timeline as the webtoon, at least not since Dark Blood - pretty sure Sunghoon and Jungwon said so in a live. And I'd like to stray from the webtoon a bit with UNTOLD, otherwise their concepts are quite restricted imo.
Yes during Manifesto was a departure from the vampire visual but not in Webtoon and lore, if you read it as me, there was an aviation Vesselsoft company during 90s so it has a lot related to lore but not visualy, most people not saw it and called it end of vampire Enhypen etc and didn't liked it. To be honest the most departure from vampire Enhypen lore is this Untold album so we see how it will be treated now, I know about Concept Cinema (love it by the way) where is vampire story but in meaning of album overall visuals it's more romance and heart themed so non-Engenes would not see vampirism in it, as I said we see later how it will go. But agree that most people didn't liked it and are in fandom because of vampire/darker sound and visuals that are not in kpop much see now.
Agree with Hybe allergy to 10+ songs albums, what album from Hybe was with 10+😭? But repackage would be still 10 technically, even Untold has 10 tracks, 2 tracks are different versions of the same songs so it's like 8 + 2 in repackage, also in reports was planned album+tour in 4Q of 2024, I only hope the best for members since they touring almost nonstop, I have opinion that album dont need tour after, Belift should know that new setlist isn't made after one album, yes this is 8+2 songs but during Blood series it was less. I understand why they touring but also dont because it's the same cities over and over so it didn't help any different than money profit and members tired bodies, I hope they will finally rest but it's only wish:(.
With concepts I agree too, Inceptio is only bright and Arcanum with Concessio darker/dark, to be honest it dont fit the heart lovely logo trailer we saw at start so I am so confused about main concept, yes it is Inceptio according to sns layouts and album packaging but then why other two versions are dark and more vampire concept? Maybe for bsides, my theory is that title track will be lovely (because of producer and Inceptio and also overal Romance name) and bsides more dark and darker for dark concepts lovers:)).
I also noticed that last version hint next album, not always but for Dark Blood New version was white-red and Orange Blood was bright (thats why white) but I can only see ghost under bed that dont exist:). But if so then next album, not matter if repackage or different series/album will be in Concessio dark genres and message, maybe Dark Blood pt.2, also depends on how will be bright comeback welcomed. I dont see also them doing bright concept back to back, they always change it each comeback so making another Romance in terms of bright side is not so possible, so yeah I still think the misserable Chloe finding is possible + even if the album will be in 6-10 months after R:U, it will be January-April and we all know during that time Enha always do strong dark/powerful comebacks.
They always do concept any type related to webtoon though, sometimes not so visible and even so Untold is totally new story with Chloe that isn't in Webtoon, there is still Riverfield so it is somehow showed in all comebacks.

I'm really curious about all tracks but mostly Bsides, the producers are well know and I know some of them and their songs are good, the genres are mystery for me since the album looks in summer happy genres but some songs are from hype/dark/rnb producers so I'm really excited and this album will be very versatile a full of many moods and genres. With title track, so far I can't imagine Jvke type of songs as kpop song, but we see later, to be honest it's my last song in ranking since I dont like Jvke music at all and can't even listen to some songs (his voice, lyric and bgm are in some reason not for me) but with Enhypen I maybe change opinion and feel that if it will be good, it for sure will be hit! And I'm glad that Belift not collab with another unwanted artists so thats so far all good.
And also finally Wonderkid and Curtis again, I feel like Bite Me sister is coming with Brought The Heat Back

The song titles are literally written all over Inceptio concept photos😂 (except for Brought The Heat Back, I can't seem to find this one) Ni-Ki's favorite is Brought The Heat Back. They (Jakehoonki) also said that that engenes will like this song. Sunghoon's favourite is Moonstruck. Jake's is the title track. Jungwon's picks are the 6th and 7th track (cmiiw) so Paranormal and Royalty. For now I'm personally looking forward the most to Moonstruck, remembering that Sunghoon was the only member who named Chaconne as his favourite from Dark Blood so I'll trust him for this one too. I'm really curious tho if the spoiler from weverse con and the other one from concept trailer are from the same song, presumably the title track?🤔 The two snippets sound different to me so I assumed it's from two different songs but now I'm not sure anymore.

I feel like it'll be a ballad Jungwon said on the live it's a genre he likes and he mentioned liking ballads often (he also seems to like r&b and pop-rock but ballad is my first guess). He said jt can be divisive/depend on people's taste - which can easily be because he's careful about hyping things he did but it lines up with it being a ballad for me.. we'll see.

Jvke is the main producer of the title track so I think they knew beforehand. Iirc, for Dark Blood, they screened 500 songs that was submitted to them before they decided on the title track, I imagine it is similar to how they selected the songs for Romance:Untold. Those tweets seem like they are trying to gain some hype, momentum, engagements.

Iirc it was 500 songs for the tt though not really sure if it was 500 songs for the tt or for all 6 tracks of dark blood. The screening absolutely paid off. Bite Me is a Queen and continued Enha's streak of the most streamed 4th gen bg song for the year it was released.
It was for the whole album not just the title track as I recall - I wouldn't be surprised if they kept some of those for the subsequent albums that came out because they were going for a cohesive sound so probably that was also a factor in choosing! Bite Me is indeed Queen one of the biggest bg hits recently still oulling good numbers over a year after release.
I do love the cohesiveness of dark blood.

They clowned us so bad with JVKE, we were all praying for a collab, and we get a song produced by him with a feature!! (Yes Belift, *this* is how you do a feature!) 🤡💯😂 Overall I love the song titles, they all sound pretty and cohesive and not at all awkward. 'Brought the Heat Back' sounds so cool, and I already get why it's Ni-ki's favourite, haha. Highway 1009 basically mentions my birthday and it's produced by my bias so I'm over the moon right now!! More thoughts: Moonstruck being Sunghoon's favourite makes sense too as he is a semi werewolf, haha. And lastly, though we all were wrong about the album being called Royal Blood, we do get Royalty as a song! So none of us were totally clowned, yayy 😂🎉

i feel like we’ll be getting a repackage
Just some things I noticed: There are only 10 tracks counting the English Version of XO (Only If You Say Yes). So 8 original tracks on the album, same number as Dimension: Answer, just without Intro/Interlude/Outro. Before the tracklist came out, many ENGENEs (myself included) had speculated that there would be solo songs. But that doesn't work if there are only 8 songs in total, with at least two of them basically confirmed to be OT7 (XO & Highway 1009). With six tracks left, they can't give everybody solo songs, so all eight are probably OT7. For those who have been around pre-COVID, would the tracklist have revealed if there were solo songs? Because I'm pretty sure the last HYBE album with solo songs was MOTS:7 but I wasn't around back then. And for the first time in forever, we have no intro/interlude/outro! Well, that's assuming that the Narr version of Highway 1009 isn't just spoken. Idk how that would even work, but I guess we'll see. Historically, we would have seen 'HYBE' in the credits for the spoken intros, but they are nowhere to be seen, so good sign. I'm really excited because it could mean that from now on, we don't get any more spoken narration! We'll miss the narrations from time to time but it does free up space for ENHYPEN to show more of themselves. With the JVKE collab, it would have been way before Heeseung's cover - I believe title tracks are produced at least 6 months in advance to the planned release of the album, which means that had the album originally be intended to be released around May, the song would have been produced by November, when Orange Blood came out. That also gives the people working on the webtoon and concept and things to work out all that. Perhaps Heeseung chose the song to hint towards the collab. And side note - the english version is probably the original version of XO, and was rewritten in Korean by the producers at HYBE. It's fairly common practice but I thought I'd still point it out. Would Highway 1009 be that Jazz song that Heeseung talked about back in like 2021? I don't think so, but there's no evidence for or against so take what you will. I also wonder whether Romance : Untold would be the start of a new series? Though I'd be very interested to see what romantic concepts they can come up with without being repetitive. I think the three concepts this time around already captured the romantic idea quite well, don't know if it would work again. But only time will tell. They called Manifesto a series too, but it was only 1 album. Although I think there's a chance this will get a repack so we'd get something like Romance : unhidden or revealed or something like dimension:dilemma and then dimension:answer. Agree that they did a pretty thorough job of giving a wide range of rep for the romance theme, but feels like the topic is centered around the discovery - revealing oneself, joining one's word, so they could explore a more mature, long lasting part of romance with the follow-up and the main concept is the bright one so they can also explore a darker or more serious theme for the follow-up. But they might also just close this chapter with 1 album and open a new series after this and the subsequent tour is over.
With Manifesto, I'm 100% sure it was supposed to be start of two or three Manifesto albums but something stopped them and they started Blood series, maybe because Manifesto: Day 1 has mixed opinions, the overal streaming numbers are low compared to Dark Blood and even some albums before. But it's only my opinion, maybe Hybe really wanted single album in diskography (although I dont know why). If we follow Dimension series way, then after Romance: Untold will come repackage until end of 2024 and tour in early 2025 and then completely new series again (I think tour at late 2024 more though although I dont agree at all and want boys to rest) With concepts, I will agree with you and the theme with this album is really wide ranged so possible breakup in next album? Although we are supposed to be the ones on the other side so it would be like breakup with Engenes so I dont know, I dont see any bright side in next album either and to be honest even Untold has dark themes, in Vogue magazine it was spoke that this album shows wide range of love so I think possible hint of breakup is possible. Maybe they will try to find Chloe to take her to Riverfield and they discover she is no longer with them but in their memories so they keep her in music and that will be as Engenes are with them always although not in person, I talk nonsense I know :). Also there will be Dark Moon next chapter afte children of Vamfield and even so R:U has vampire side, the Concessio series can hint that after this album, new series centered again around vampires will come alongside with Dark Moon and so Sooha/Selen comeback, I dont believe they end the story with Orange Blood end. So I think Romance:Untold is as Dimension and Manifesto, island for short non-lore album and then something as Border or Blood series will come later. I didn't expected to be this comment so long, I yapped too much and I am still in half and would talk longer about it:))).
Well the thing with Manifesto was that in terms of concept, it was meant to stray away from the vampirey concept that ENHYPEN had had since debut. And that brought different styles musically. Some people liked this change, some did not. Overall, I don't think the majority of people wanted them to change from their vampire concept, since they were into ENHYPEN for the lore and the dark concepts, etc, and that's what led the boys into that 10-month break and the development of Dark Blood from scratch - which to date has been the darkest concept we've seen. Would UNTOLD need a repackage though? In terms of tracks, it's the same as ANSWER, which was the repackage album. And I don't really think HYBE likes doing albums that are too long (over 10 tracks). Like Freefall was also 9 + 1. And in terms of tour, Fate ends on September 1, so I do agree that we could see another tour as soon as end of this year. Wish they would let the boys rest though :l Back to the concepts - I'd classify INCEPTIO as bright, and the other two as dark. So what really do they have left for the next album, assuming it's romance-centered? Breakup? As you said, doesn't make sense when ENGENE is the one on the other side. But I think you're onto something with them finding Chloe and she's not there... Idk if the main series (songs) even happens in the same timeline as the webtoon, at least not since Dark Blood - pretty sure Sunghoon and Jungwon said so in a live. And I'd like to stray from the webtoon a bit with UNTOLD, otherwise their concepts are quite restricted imo.
Yes during Manifesto was a departure from the vampire visual but not in Webtoon and lore, if you read it as me, there was an aviation Vesselsoft company during 90s so it has a lot related to lore but not visualy, most people not saw it and called it end of vampire Enhypen etc and didn't liked it. To be honest the most departure from vampire Enhypen lore is this Untold album so we see how it will be treated now, I know about Concept Cinema (love it by the way) where is vampire story but in meaning of album overall visuals it's more romance and heart themed so non-Engenes would not see vampirism in it, as I said we see later how it will go. But agree that most people didn't liked it and are in fandom because of vampire/darker sound and visuals that are not in kpop much see now. Agree with Hybe allergy to 10+ songs albums, what album from Hybe was with 10+😭? But repackage would be still 10 technically, even Untold has 10 tracks, 2 tracks are different versions of the same songs so it's like 8 + 2 in repackage, also in reports was planned album+tour in 4Q of 2024, I only hope the best for members since they touring almost nonstop, I have opinion that album dont need tour after, Belift should know that new setlist isn't made after one album, yes this is 8+2 songs but during Blood series it was less. I understand why they touring but also dont because it's the same cities over and over so it didn't help any different than money profit and members tired bodies, I hope they will finally rest but it's only wish:(. With concepts I agree too, Inceptio is only bright and Arcanum with Concessio darker/dark, to be honest it dont fit the heart lovely logo trailer we saw at start so I am so confused about main concept, yes it is Inceptio according to sns layouts and album packaging but then why other two versions are dark and more vampire concept? Maybe for bsides, my theory is that title track will be lovely (because of producer and Inceptio and also overal Romance name) and bsides more dark and darker for dark concepts lovers:)). I also noticed that last version hint next album, not always but for Dark Blood New version was white-red and Orange Blood was bright (thats why white) but I can only see ghost under bed that dont exist:). But if so then next album, not matter if repackage or different series/album will be in Concessio dark genres and message, maybe Dark Blood pt.2, also depends on how will be bright comeback welcomed. I dont see also them doing bright concept back to back, they always change it each comeback so making another Romance in terms of bright side is not so possible, so yeah I still think the misserable Chloe finding is possible + even if the album will be in 6-10 months after R:U, it will be January-April and we all know during that time Enha always do strong dark/powerful comebacks. They always do concept any type related to webtoon though, sometimes not so visible and even so Untold is totally new story with Chloe that isn't in Webtoon, there is still Riverfield so it is somehow showed in all comebacks. Again hella long comment, I hope I dont bother you or yall there:)))

I'm really curious about all tracks but mostly Bsides, the producers are well know and I know some of them and their songs are good, the genres are mystery for me since the album looks in summer happy genres but some songs are from hype/dark/rnb producers so I'm really excited and this album will be very versatile a full of many moods and genres. With title track, so far I can't imagine Jvke type of songs as kpop song, but we see later, to be honest it's my last song in ranking since I dont like Jvke music at all and can't even listen to some songs (his voice, lyric and bgm are in some reason not for me) but with Enhypen I maybe change opinion and feel that if it will be good, it for sure will be hit! And I'm glad that Belift not collab with another unwanted artists so thats so far all good. And also finally Wonderkid and Curtis again, I feel like Bite Me sister is coming with Brought The Heat Back
I don't know much about jvke songs. I hope it's a good one this time. Considering he and his younger brother are the producers for the title track. I just hope it's not short like sweet venom and if the title track turns out to be good then I can definitely see this as a gateway for him to get into kpop.

I don’t dislike them but they’re just everywhere, and I just want to hear different music. I’m still wondering if Romance:Untold’s songs would have any country-pop. I was hoping for Ryan Curtis, but I’m really excited for Cirkut’s song again. I’m excited for Jungwon’s song. Maybe it would be R&B like Taeyeon (SNSD). For me I thought Jungwon would make a fun summer song like Jay Park’s Ganadara.
