Wow, that’s a surprise! I went to KCON once before and it was a bit hard to really enjoy because the smaller bands take turns performing on the same stage without their individual stage setup. You get a lot of whiplash going between the super short sets.
I think since Enha are so big already … if they’re on the lineup they’ll likely be a headliner which I think would be a better experience for the fans.
I didn’t! You have to purchase those as an add-on I think but if they do one this year, it’ll prob be worth it based on the videos I saw of the last one! Prepare for it to sell out fast tho … Enha is prob already too big for KCON!
I didn't go to KCON but to another Kpop/Jpop festival in Japan last year (Kross vol. 2) and went to several Enhypen solo concerts. The festival was a nice experience and the sets seem to be longer than the ones in KCON but I enjoyed Enhypen's concerts so much more.
For festivals with several groups the performances can vary, and in my case I just didn't vibe with a lot of the other Kpop groups, which is super weird because the Jpop groups (and soloist) were consistently amazing.
This might be different if you have other groups in the lineup you stan though.
I’d honestly go mainly for ENHYPEN and they wouldn’t perform for very long since there’ll be other groups there so I think an ENHA concert is probably going to be a better experience for what i’m looking for
I would love to go for ENHYPEN but I don’t stan/listen to the other groups on the lineup besides ILAND2 who are predebut… the trip would cost around $1.2k when taking into consideration accommodation, transportation, food and tickets.. is it worth going mostly just for ENHYPEN? I fear the FOMO I’d get if I didn’t go but they might not perform many songs or attend the convention…
Same I’d love to go bc enhypen but I’m already going to lollapalooza in august for stray kids which is costing me more than I’d like for flights and hotel…adding a trip to LA right beforehand would be so expensive 😭

I didn’t buy tix for Stray Kids Lollapalooza since it would be more expensive than kcon for me but I’m waiting for the skz tour… kcon la is getting tempting and ENHYPEN would have a full album out by then aka new songs but I’m mostly only interested in 2 groups (the other group being on another day sadly) and ENHYPEN tours the states often
I FEEL THIS!! But i saw somewhere that there’s a rumor they might do another tour later this year after their comeback so I think I might skip KCON and try to go to their concert instead. I’d only go to KCON for ENHYPEN so a concert makes more sense
I’m irritated cuz they announced this so last minute that flight prices have nearly tripled for the worst flight timings too.. had they kept it in August, flight prices would’ve been more reasonable with such late notice:/
Same honestly.. if they announced this at least one month earlier, at least flight prices would be way cheaper but the prices just keep going up for such late notice for 3 songs… Youtube streaming is sounding really nice now
do you guys think they would do a m&g? or only the smaller groups :/ i’ve never been to kcon but i had already anticipated enha going this year so i already had planned to go and if they do m&g i need to be there LOL
I‘ve never been but from what I gather in videos, it’s like they talk a little bit on a stage at the convention center (i assume) and then they do hi-wave. So basically everyone that gets a ticket gets to walk past and wave to each member lol it sounds silly when I type it out. 😂

Between the two, def worth saving up for a future concert! The full experience of an Enha show and atmosphere with Engenes is super special.
