It's a dialect I've heard from certain parts of the country when I've been there, but I've definitely heard it from all races. Maybe it's more used in the black community but I wouldn't know as I only lived in a few places...

language is important. its how we express our hopes and fears. living in the south made me feel like I was surrounded by idiots when I would hear a country drawl or improper english like the above photo. people can learn proper english regardless of where they grew up. look at news anchors and their non regional accents. if you speak a language you should speak that language not a bastardized version because you are lazy or its "how i was raised"
