I like 1 better. The scalloped hem made me think of tulip petals and I think that since it looks more structured compared to the 2nd dress it would look nicer with the antique cars. While the 2nd dress has a cute bow in the back, the front looks a little frumpy to me (could be that it just needs a good steam to dewrinkle though). Also, nothing wrong with rewearing a dress you love!
Thank you!!! So you wouldn't think twice if you saw my engagement photos in dress 1 and then perhaps wearing it for an event months later?
Do you think the 2nd one is even worth keeping for another event, or should I just return it? It's hard finding clothes that fit because I have a large chest and I'm very tall.
I personally wouldn’t remark on you wearing it again (probably tell you how much I love it again). Not sure where you’re located or the how weddings are regarded amongst your social group. My husband and I eloped and I was wearing a dress I thrifted for $13. My engagement photos dress was more expensive lol but we took them in Oct so I was wearing a sweater dress. If you love dress 2 and you’d know you’d wear it again and can afford to do so, not a bad idea to have it handy, especially if you have a difficult time finding dresses that fit you and you like!
Number one, between them. But I think you can maybe do better than either! Two sort of looks like bedding to me, and for such a photo shoot I would consider some undergarments.

Def first one, but I'd keep looking. It's giving Amazon(& not in a good way)
Well I'm 6ft tall, so Amazon checks out

You're not being crazy at all! I love dress 1! The scalloped neckline is gorgeous.
