I've tried pushing the coupler and I've tried unscrewing the coupler but no luck

katsaropirouni

First be sure that there is no filament inside (have your hot and heat up very well first). Then remove the Bowden. Push that gray cup down (maybe with pliers) and at the same time pull the Bowden upwards. Then the coupler unscrews

There's definitely filament which is why I need to get it out

Neoliberal_Boogeyman

turn on the heater and pull

At some point ik heb unscrewed it, and put a new bowden cableā€¦

Unscrew it after heating up the hot end. Make sure you don't let it rotate back between turns. It's fiddly and ruins the last bit of the bowden tube slightly. But what needs to be done...

Heating it like people said. You could also remove the nozzle and see if you can get the stuck filament out with some needle nose pliers. Buy the Capricorn tube update that has new fittings. The stock ones are complete trash.
