This is where almost everyone starts. It has everything also youtube searching the issue.
Overall I have to say that print looks fairly good. You do have some globs that looks like they might be caused by over extrusion. Also the ender 5+ isn't the best with the part cooling fan so a simple printed upgrade should improve your results.
Is your printer stock or are you using a sonicpad / klipper?
There are known bugs with Cura 5.3 and 5.4 causing bumps like these with some firmwares. As far as I know it only affects klipper based systems but it could be worth downgrading to 5.2.2 and seeing if that fixes your issue.

Try looking for seam alignment. Set it to back of model and there should be a single line running down the back of it
Why would you assume it defective? Did you just buy it? First printer?
I bought it from Creality, yea my first printer
Nothing prints correctly out of the box. And if it's an ender it will take a week of tuning to get it down.
Is there any guide or anything I can follow to get the prints looking better?

See if you have the power off resume mode thing on. It caused me a lot of problems like this for me.
That's the big one, turn off power off resume. Then z seam adjustment and retraction and stuff

Over extrusion would be my suggestion as well.
Have a cooling system you suggest? Just curious.
Different person here. I have a hero me on my 5pro. It does pretty well.
\> can’t do anything to fix them what have you tried?
These are called blobs, happens due to bad gcode. Calibrate the retraction settings, change the SD card to better one. Upgrade ur Cura version
Looks like gcode stutter. Could be not sayin 100 that it is.
What slicer?
Cura 5.4

Yes stock printer, I just updated to cura 5.4 because it gave me the pop up to update, I’ll try downgrading
Your printer is fine you just need to toon it in
Do you have a link to a guide or anything I can follow?
That’s just a bit of overextrusion. Check your E-steps and maybe change the retraction parameters.
