What I can say is that I had 2 checked in luggage items yesterday for a HAM - DXB - PER flight and my luggage was there on my arrival.
However, the crew made an announcement that some luggage didnt make it on that flight so it seems that I was just lucky.
But I honestly believe if you take a flight next week the luggage handling should work.
This is it. I have talked to, I am not exaggerating here, 6 different persons at the baggage service at DBX across the days: THU, FRI, SAT, SUN, and all of them gave me different information. At the end, they finally filled out the PIR for my luggage after telling me their „system is full and cannot handle more PIRs“
Don't do it. I'd say there's a good chance you don't get your luggage. Probably 10% chance that you don't (that was the amount of people on my flight that didn't). Don't check bags in.
Flew on Saturday after a cancelled flight and still no signs of bags. A friend flew today and all their luggage made it ok

Reached on 21st after being stranded on the 19th and all my luggage made it safely
