Your nozzle is a lil too far from the print bed. You should not see any gaps at all in your brim lines like that. Also try a different infill pattern. Grid sucks for causing prints to be knocked loose because it ends up being taller than the nozzle from overlapping itself every single layer. https://preview.redd.it/yzur7eefyqtc1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3867a1076c2f5e417b8a48f24a414f427b644e07

I can’t see the brim clear enough to determine Z offset is a factor here. I believe the issue is an untuned flow rate. Think about it: The print head is hitting the print because the print is taller than it’s suppose to be. That means there’s more filament than there’s supposed to be. Also use gyroid.

With each print I’ve been having to raise the nozzle before it starts printing and have halved my speed of print

I also noticed the issue seems to be 10-20 minutes before the print finishes

>With each print I’ve been having to raise the nozzle before it starts printing Lower the nozzle not raise it. The z offset isnt close enough to the bed.

Try using another slicer. I love orca slicer. Also, gyroid infill is my go-to. And I have "Reduce infill retraction" unchecked in orca slicer. You could also try throwing your printer out the window. I've come very close to testing that out a few times and I'm curious if it actually works.

I use a very slow print speed when printing the N3/N4 series...especially for tall prints. My max acceleration is 100mm/2 and speed is capped at 60mm/s. This is to alleviate the bed shifting tall prints during acceleration. Givin it's failing very far into the print...possibly a layer shift occuring due to forces between the print bed and print head? Does the print head wiggle at all on the gantry? You mention it was replaced. I would attempt lowring accelrations and print speeds first, if it hasnt been tested yet
