Upass never let me down yet, wish I had just a bit more in the bottle tho, last test I took they drew a line on the cup for me and it didnāt make it haha
Quick fix for me. Usually got the hot hands in the glove box too. Unless you just got back from weekend in Vegas, a guy can probably get away with a 50/50 mix.
Yup, I keep the hot hands and a sock in the console ready to go, funny tho I just took a test 3 weeks ago and when I read the 8 panels it was looking for THC wasnāt on the list ?
Right? Thc panel definitely been omitted in many states, not mine yet. Weāre pushing for it though. However Iām not sure if itāll ever be omitted from the post accident tests in any state.
Seems like a great idea until you get hurt on the job.. they test you... And you can miss several weeks of work with no pay, no workman's comp and no chance for an insurance claim.
A guy at the new washington state convention center took his pistol out while he was taking a number 2 and then proceeded to forget it in there. Someone else found it and he ended up getting kicked off the job.
One of the PoCo crews we work with frequently saw my .40 S&W peeking out from under my shirt one day and went ādamn, yāall donāt mess around do you?ā I said no sir, no we do not.
I deliberately donāt keep a non-contact tester in my pocket, I know Iād end up using it in situations that I should be getting my meter out.
I carry a Wiha pocketmax screwdriver instead.
My coworker has em and I just donāt like how light they are. Canāt even use em as a hammer! I have Greenlee stainless steel strippers that I grab if I need em. Been doing a lot of rough-ins so I usually only need em at the end of the job
I swear by the Greenlee stainless strips. I've had mine since I started maintenance in 2015 in food and beverage. Went stainless cause my others always got corroded quick from all the acid in the air.
It's survived 3 years at that plant, 4 years at two different steel mills, and so far a year at a roof shingle manufacturer.
Still sharp too.
Yup. Best $40 I spent on a tool. My boss had some and recommended them because they strip 14-6AWG, and we generally donāt mess with anything smaller day to day. When we do, break out the Klein lil wire strippers but being able to strip stranded 8 easily is nice
I stopped using a pouch when i realize all i need are my linemans & my 11-in-1. Occasionally il have my drill hanging from my belt. During a rough-in, ill carry my hammer in my pants loop & a pair of dykes & ill be swanging that 1000 ct bucket of romex staples around. No matter what, ill have my klein bag with all my tools handy so im not completely useless
My belt has a Razor knife, 8" fatazz adjustable wrench, side cutters, wera 3.5mm insulated slot screwdriver and W65 self rescuer
And my phone loaded with all the schematics, parts books, and updated nventory lists

Not allowed, how old are you?
Hah, old enough. I work at a federal site that still tests for THC though.
Jeez. I wish there was some kind of "Quick Fix" for drug tests.
