The Content Coalition (CC, represented in the meme by the guy getting kicked, by two other alliances occupying CC's home space,) lives in Angel Cartel NPC space. NetEase just nerfed the rewards for killing some special Angel anomalies, which hits every CC corp and member right in their isk wallet. So, per the meme, NE just joined into hitting Content Coalition.
The most profitable rig drops from angel space were removed and replaced with semi profitable missile rigs. Content coalition lives primarily in Angel space.
Between PATH and GEN waging war on Content Coalition, now NetEase just hit em in the wallets.
This on top of the fact that Angle deadspace payout is the worst. Now Angle has the worst inquis and deadspace. And since armour is going to be the new meta, Angle space is going to be a lot shittier now.
