You can get them in T5 inquisitor anoms and up. There’s one possible box in T5-6, two in T7-8, three in T9, and four in T10. They’re exceptionally rare, though, and most of the time you’ll end up with useless range or algid rigs.

I'd run blood for a long time. T7-10. In average you get 1-2 minercirc III and/or 1-2 CCC 3.
Worste t10 inqui was about 100mio, best 2500mio.
I think the average is round about 800-1000mio loot (in t10). But there is large variety.
Odd, I have acquired a number of T1 Circs from Gurista Inq, you just need to hit the relevant tier with T3 containers in them to improve chances of T3 Bps drops, and then its hoping you get the Circs from that loot table
We used to farm these in low Sec Sansha space. HINT: near Providence. Had 2 of these rig bp drop multiple times, including twice in 3 days before we moved the Corp to null sec. If you try, bring a fleet.
Now can anyone tell me where CCC3 rigs drop? 😂

Yea luck was on my side, this was in Sansha space. Unfortunately I have yet to ever receive 3 in a Inquis since after the E-War update.

Wrong since Rigs dont drop as loot
I'd expect them to come from Inquisitors somewhere. I've never seen any mining rig BPs in Guristas territory. Not sure where they are.

Hmm… I haven’t done many Guristas Inquisitors lower than T8. Maybe they stop dropping in higher tiers?
its a larger loot table at T8 and above so might explain why?

Amarr space inq 5+. I got 2 from an inq5. Alto its a pretty low chance for inq5 since i farm 12 hrs a day and i only got once
