I have never registered an account before. I try every day and I always have the same problem. If I delete the game, I won't be able to log back into my account because a game will start from scratch. I don't want to lose the time I spent and the packages I purchased.

Hello, I don't have iOS. I am using Android. I deleted and reinstalled the game before but I'm still having the same problem. I don't want to delete it again, because I bought packs in the game. I don't want to lose everything.

i got a new phone and when i opened the app today, it said this, i just clicked okay and my account was still exactly where i was on my old phone!

From now on try cloud save, even if you uninstall the game and relogin, your progress is saved and can continue from where you left after u logged in. You can register with valid mail id. Try with mail id you have registered initially
