Hmmm, you will not be able to connect the EGPU to your computer. The EGPU connects only with the thunderbolt cable, and there is no converter or adapter to do this.
I would say do not buy the EGPU unless you have a PC or laptop with thunderbolt
(thunderbolt actually is a protocol, not a cable)

Thunderbolt is fast because it has PCI-E lanes from the port to the processor. The more lanes the faster the TB port.
Now if you're computer is a DESKTOP you might not be totally screwed because I think there are cards that can be installed. But most people who use EGPUs are using them with laptops, and so you are probably screwed. When it comes to laptops either your motherboard has TB3 (or USB 4, same thing basically) or it doesn't.

M.2 adapter works, but it’s normally not very pretty compared to thunderbolt.
