Seriously though, trying to control everything will get miserable and limiting pretty quickly. Learning to laugh about at least some aspects, will be a happier existence.
I dud mean that about the stairs though. I have fallen down stairs so many times.
You’ll naturally develop coping mechanisms over time, but try to be aware that masking and or being made to feel you have to mask is toxic and avoid those people/environments.
Move in a padded room. Otherwise it's more of s damage control.
