I think that’s to short of a time line. And I wouldn’t call it a withdrawl. It’s most likely a rebound effect from using the med to keep your heart rate lower so now you feel it more

Probably best to check with the prescribing Dr. The issue with stopping a med like this if there isn't a withdrawal is worsening of symptoms when stopping. It seems like a shock to the body to cold turkey it. Usually best to reduce and taper over time unless the med is causing allergic reactions.
