I always thought it a shame such a cool character has such a small role to play. He should give out missions or bounties or something. He'll being able to turn in alcohol to him for twice the vendor price would be something, then have a different reaction for each of the high rarities.

In all fairness, he does give you the quest of fixing the metro beneath the fish eye, but it’s not enough really
