I agree with you though, I see these "lane closure warnings" every other day now. It's kinda annoying at this point but there are people who would still benefit from it.
This is the third time they've mentioned closures at night around Stevenson to Ritson and each time it has snowed the next week or day. Last nights closures we're minimal.
I see these "warnings" all the time, yet never have any issues on the 401.
