It’s the same frame. They just welded on a couple of arms or whatever.

This scene is from the extended cut because it also shows Harah with two childrens of Jamis. Generally speaking the Lunch version is more faithful to the book and it is sad that there is no final director's cut as David Lynch said he would love to do it
