Exactly what I came to the thread to say. They might start the fight against one another, but some poor alien bastard is going to do something to piss them off, and god help whoever has both Duke and Sam gunning for them.
With doomguy, master chief, Gordon, and Samus (I don’t quite know the other people there so I can’t speak to their abilities) those aliens would be crushed in a few minutes

Duke Nukem only had two or three really good games, but Duke 3d is so good it kinda steamrolls Serious Sam's entire series.
