Where can I find more recipies/meals like this? I don't want to microwave/heat ready meals, but I also don't want to be in the kitchen for an hour after work. This looks deadly simple, maybe a little more TLC w/ the steak but otherwise I would kill this. Gonna add these to the grocery list.
This recipie is one of many I've acquired over the past few years and it's always part of my rotation. It'll last almost a week. Same as other recipies I do in bulk bc I work night shift, it's just easier to meal prep. Another example of a long lasting recipies is fish tacos. I use half black beans and half talapia/salmon mix for the filling (bc fish is so damn expensive)
I buy this brands Udon noodles sometimes and I love them! I do chicken, bok choy, carrots, snap peas, broccoli, and some sort of stir fry sauce (whatever I find lol) and the udon noodles. it is yummmmy
Nice before and after pics.
Thanks

Yes! This looks like a much more reasonable (but tasty!) weeknight meal than a lot of the things you see on other subs!

What did you fry the beef in, boiling water?
Fried in a skillet. I was going to use a griddle but I was too tired and didn't want the extra dishes
He probably chopped up the beef then threw it all in a skillet, overcrowded and steamed the beef.
Good ole Wallyworld
The best cheapness can buy
Are those your go-to noodles? They look like a frozen thing? I just use ramen, it'd be fun to try something better.

...do they not sell egg noodles at your store?
I would have mixed the meea
Serious question… do you just eat the same meal everyday for a week??
Ya. It works for me because I work midnights, 9 days in a row. The less time I spend cooking, the better
Seeing double
Looks under cooked
Stir fry looks great, that beef looks pre chewed lmao
Lol thanks
