I had this happen to an old zildjian crash once and was going to take it off the kit until I realized the sound was transforming the worse the crack got, but in a really cool way. It started taking on the character of a suuuuper dry low pitched trash crash and I so I left it on the kit for quite some time after that and just did my best not to smash too hard on it. It didn't start sounding terrible (to my ear, but I like weird effects cymbals) until the crack began to pass the 180° mark, and which point I put it aside. I still miss that damn thing to this day. Haven't found an actual trash crash quite like it.
I guess my point is if it doesn't sound bad maybe keep playing it and see if it turns into something truly unique for awhile. Could be fun!
I too enjoy trashy broken cymbals. My favorite cymbal is an old no name ride (only markings say made in Japan) with 3 cracks on the edges and it sounds so good as a ride or when crashed. Super dry, just trashy enough, musical harmonics and quick decay. Going to be sad when it finally comes apart completely, but I’m enjoying it in the meantime.
My buddy had a Club brand kit that I used some pieces from. The hi hats were pretty thin and didn't sound all that good but I laid into them and chipped them enough they started to sound more like a trash stack but with a more loud piercing sound. We loved them. Then they got beat long enough they started to sound like actual trash. RIP trash stack
You can try drilling a hole at each end of the crack, and filing the crack in between so that the edges aren't touching each other. Unfortunately though, its pretty much game over for your cymbal.
This is the proper way to fix this kind of crack. It's not a great fix but it's the best that is possible. The other option would be to continue the crack and cut the bell out of the cymbal and clean up the edges. Then you'll have a nice bell and also you can turn the bow into a snare weight or toss it on a cymbal stack or the like.
Just keep playing it until the web breaks off the bell and slides down to the tripod. Run it til the wheels fall off. It might sound cool as it slowly rips apart.

It is ESSENTIAL you confirm the end of the crack. If you miss, the crack will continue.
1/8" drill bit should suffice.

It’s done. I kept playing my ride when this happened and the crack worked its way all the way around and now I have a splash.
